Hush wrote:Name: Harley (I can never seem to think of a clan cat name for him so just Harley)
Description: Harley is an enormous fluffy Tom. His fur is what really makes him look big though, he is actually quite muscular under all that fluffy fur. His legs are long but look shorter because of his fur. He has a black pelt with white legs that are different lengths, the shortest his toes the longest his entire leg. He has a white spot on his chest that covers most of it and goes to his belly, his eyes are a nice grassy green. Half of his muzzle is white while the other half gets smaller as it curls around his top lip.
Important Notes: Harley is a kind Tom who treats all cats with the same respect because of his unknown origin. He is particularly fond of kits and loves to play with them mostly because of his younger adoptive siblings. He's also apart of the siblings group. He usually enjoys helping apprentices train even if they aren't his. He'd always help his more determined siblings train growing up because of his enormous size.
I understand where you're comming from their personalities are in the works when I write what they are instead of how they actually are. It's weird for me to keep a static character. Vampirefang even had an incident where he went a little crazy which was fun but not something I wanted.
I recommend writing (or drawing) dialog and small scenes if you want to get a good look at your character and how they act! It really helps if they're in a scene with another character who has a radically different personality so they can bounce off of each other, plus writing different kinds of characters is fantastic practice for diversity. More often than not, those sorts of things reveal who your character is far more than just a ref sheet.
Since he doesn't have a warrior name, here's a special rating.
Suggested Name: Badgerpelt/Swiftfur (suffixes interchangeable)
Reasoning: He's a black and white cat, hence the two names above, but I recommend -fur over -pelt, due to -fur usually referring to a long-haired cat. He's not quite on -cloud levels, but he's close.
Character Rating: 10/10
Character Reasoning: I can't really see anything in his personality that conflicts. He's gentle, warm and as helpful as he can be. He sounds like someone who would be a great father figure or even a genuine parent (unfortunately, there's no suffixes for a good father, haha), and I can see him earning a lot of apprentices (even if he doesn't intend to rise up to leader status) thanks to his kind and empathetic attitude. Well done here!
