Petalfur nodded back, leading the way out of camp. "Alright, I'm going to personally asses you today. To see what you need to do and what your doing good at. Once i figure that we can advance further into hunting and battle training.." She said looking at her apprentice. That made sence right? She worried. I think it'll be okay..

Splashpaw bounded after her with his tail swaying behind him. As he listened to his mentor he gave a soft hum in reply. "Okay, I understand." Letting him hunt on his own without help was the perfect chance to show off what he had learned so far. Splashpaw knew that he could use his small size to get closer to his prey without being seen and was eager to see if he could really pull it off.

The fluffy she-cat was having one of the best mornings she could today, mostly because of the enthusiasm of young Frostpaw here. She looked down at the young apprentice with a soft expression and she said " I'm not so sure where he is. But I bet if you find him and ask nicely then he will certainly bring you hunting if you really want to. " She wasn't even sure if the young tom was even listening to her at the moment, but she wasn't mad. Actually she was just amused at his actions. He was so spunky towards everything, even if it seemed to be...not so fun. She hardly got to say anything before a question popped out of the apprentice's mouth. She let out a small chuckle and she said " Well believe it or not, at one time in my life I was an apprentice, a little paw just like you. The leader was actually Ravenstar at the time, our past leader, and a brave tom at that. I was not his apprentice, but once I was given my warrior name, Ivyshine, he took it upon himself to watch my actions and soon enough he named me deputy. After he passed on I had to travel to the moonpool and get my nine lives, as well as my leader name. " She liked telling that story, except for the part about Ravenstar that is. She admired the leader, and always will. She noticed that a small orange blob was heading towards her, making it out as her apprentice. " Hello Foxpaw. I'm guessing you would like to start training, right? "

The large tom was happy to see that his daughter was so excited about Ivystar being her mentor, and she was lucky to have that honor. Hopefully she would listen to the clan leader and respect her as she should. The tom's two kits, well really he should call them his paws, were always one thing that would cheer him up any old day. Especially with their bright enthusiasm towards things. He was proud of them both, Pinepaw for being the medicine cat's apprentice, and Foxpaw, for being the leaders apprentice. He was honored that the leader took it upon herself to teach his young daughter, and he knew that she would be perfect. He watched as his energetic daughter bounced away to her mentor, leaving him and Pinepaw alone for the moment. His electric green eyes landed on her, his smile soft and content. " Well then Pinepaw, I'm looking forwards to you showing me how good of a medicine cat you will be. " The tom sat up and pulled his daughter into a hug, licking her head one, twice to clean her up.

The small orange she-cat's mouth grew into a grin, her brother's words amusing her greatly. She let out a hint of laughter and then purred lightly. " I know you're not lazy, well not too lazy that is. " The grin on her face grew deeper and she let out yet another chuckle. She then swooshed her tail around and said " Well, I haven't really talked to him that much yet, but he sounds really cool! And I that's him over there! " She peered around her orange pelted brother to see Jaytalon sitting out in the clearing.

Pinepaw purred as she was feeling quite comforted by her father. She smiled at him, "trust me, you have a lot to learn! There are consequences, and many herbs, I hope I can memorize them all!" The red cat informed eagerly, glad to have bonded with her father so that they were quite close. "I won't let you down, I can promise you that!" She felt her fur being swept by Hawkfrost's tongue, she smiled and ducked away, "I'm not a kit anymore," she snorted shortly with a hint of laughter

↪Jadepaw smiled up at the sun, feeling it warm her medium-length tabby fur as she arched her back in a long stretch, directly under the early morning's rays of sunlight. Just as she'd suspected, her Clanmates were awakening, filing into the rocky clearing as well. She already saw some out on the tanning rocks as she turned around, and a few more stragglers sitting outside of the dens. And when she whipped around to the leader's den she found that Ivystar was up, conversing with her apprentice, Foxpaw, and Frostpaw. Just as she was about to bound over with a greeting, she heard a yawn penetrate her eardrums, emitting from the direction of the warrior's den. That meow was all to familiar. Smiling knowingly Jadepaw did a one-eighty to find that her one and only mentor was climbing sluggishly out of her resting place. The juvenile smiled; She could pick Dustrose out of a Gathering within seconds, if she had to and if she tried. What, with her unusual dust-shaded coat and her brilliant orbs of eyes, it'd be easy for anycat to. Or maybe it was just her. Only when the warrior was standing in front of her did Jadepaw notice that she was now face-to-face with her. Hardly hearing her question, the apprentice stammered for a moment. "Uh- Morning, Dustrose," she responded, feeling some heat on her face. How kit-like to not pay attention. I'll probably get in trouble later for that. Mentally sighing, she gazed into her mentor's eyes as Dustrose sat back on her hauches. "I can't say, really. I haven't been up long enough to have felt anything..." Only after mewing that did she feel how stupid it sounded outside of the boundaries of her head, and she smirked, trying to hide her embarrassment. Shaking her head, she made eye-contact with the fellow she-cat once more. "So, what are we doing today?" She asked excitedly, as to change the subject of the conversation.

"I'll follow behind, show me what you know." Petalfur said cheerfully waiting for apprentice to start. She noticed his confidence, smiling as she noddeed lightly.

Splashpaw nodded and opened his jaws to take in the scents around him. He picked up the scent of a thrush before he heard it flap it's wings and land on the ground up ahead. After checking the direction of the wind, Splashpaw flattened his ears against his head and crouched down. While being mindful of where he placed his paws he crept forward with his eyes locked on the bird.
