Given that she currently didn't share the den with anyone, Mudcloud was allowed to snore as much as she wanted. She didn't have to worry about having denmate complain about all the racket she was making in her sleep. The only downside to having the den all to herself was that it was colder during the leafbare but of course she would always make sure that someone lined her nest with thick moss so that she didn't feel the cold. With her back turned towards the entrance to the den, the sun's rays weren't able to disturb her.

Splashpaw laid curled up in his nest that was against the wall of the apprentice den. With a paw over his eyes, he slept peacefully. He was never a morning cat so he planned on sleeping in for as long as possible before his mentor came to wake him up. His large ears twitched in his sleep as a few cats stirred around in the camp.

Petalfur flicked her ears as she approached the freshkill pile. "Again.." she said softly walking away from the weak pile. She headed twords her apprentice, walking slowly twords the den, careful not to wake anyone.

Eagletalon

Eagletalon rolled to his side, pressing against the den wall barely starting to wake. He flicked his tail, wrapping it around his paws in his sleep, making a low growl that was barely heard. He was still dreaming.

Frostpaw awoke with a yawn. Sunlight was filtering in through the cracks in the apprentice's den. He glanced around and, careful not to wake anyone still asleep, hobbled outside. It was a warm day - which he was quite thankful for. "Hi!" He greeted everyone that was up and about. They probably hadn't heard him, though. Frostpaw bounded over to Ivystar and gazed up into the leader's eyes. "Good morning, Ivystar!" he said cheerfully, the tip of the cat's tail twitching. "Did you sleep well? I know I did, even with a bunch of the other apprentices snoring!" Frostpaw giggled lightly at himself.

Dustrose padded out of the warrior's den sluggishly, giving a yawn. She spotted her apprentice - Jadepaw - and made her way over to her. "'Morning, Jadepaw." the she-cat purred. "How are you doing this fine morning?" Dustrose sat down, curling her fluffy tail around her paws, her blue eyes flickering over her apprentice's features. Jadepaw was getting older, and in no more than a moon she would be a warrior. That's what Dustrose guessed, at least. She gave an amused purr and flicked her ears.

Sownstorm woke up with a yawn, here kits still haven't came yet and she was beginning to worry.

Mudcloud was a heavy sleeper but the smell of a freshly caught chipmunk would always wake her up almost instantly. If not food was placed near her she would sleep until sunhigh and then attempt to hunt for herself. When she did leave the camp, most days she came back empty pawed but content that she was able to stretch her legs.

His ears twitched once again as he heard a pair of pawsteps approaching and couple of other leaving the den. After a moment he blinked his eyes open and let out a quite yawn. He was slightly annoyed that he'd woken up earlier than intended but decided that there was no point in trying to go back to sleep. Stepping out of his nest he arched his back and stretched before shaking pieces of moss from his pelt.

Petalfur pushed her way into the den, sitting at the entrance with a smile. "Splashpaw, c'mon." She called.

Eagletalon's eyes opened suddenly, him jolting as he looked around. Another nightmare? He thought as he jumped out of the den, shaking his pelt and strutting to the freshkill pile.

Pinepaw yawned, sitting outside the nursery with her tail tightly snaked around her paws. She glared around camp, bored, and looking for something to do. The sun's beams lit her fur, she squinted in the light as her fur grew warm. A small wind ruffled her fur, moving it to one side, it then lay flat

The fluffy she-cat watched the camp carefully as cats began pouring out of their dens. She smiles lightly at the spunky apprentices that were lighting up the camp, and the warriors that were greeting them right back. Seeing all the happy faces in Mountainclan was what she liked to see. She was never happy to see a cat that was sad or angry, and she would always try to cheer them up. Though sometimes the other cats beat her to it. She was brought back to reality when she heard, and saw, the perky apprentice called Frostpaw bound up to her. She purred at the young cats greeting and she returned it by saying " Good morning Frostpaw. I slept perfectly, thanks for asking. And I'm happy that you slept well too, even with all of the snoring. But hey, I bet that even the warriors snore loudly, so if some of them come out grumpy, then can I count on you to cheer them up? " Frostpaw had really perked the clan leader up even more than she already was. Having apprentices like him around was always a good thing, mostly because she knew that she young cat would be able to bring just about anycat out of their sadness or anger.

The large tom noticed more and more cats began emerging from their assigned dens, half of them looking like they didn't want to be awake, the other half looking happy as could be. Hawkfrost noticed that one of his fellow warrior had greeted him with a silent head nod, so the large tom have him the same greet in return. It was nice to just keep the silence while they still could, since most of the apprentices would be awaking soon, as will the kits. Though some of them are quiet, some of them are louder than Hawkfrost wished they would be. No he didn't despise the younger cats, but the loudness in the morning wasn't his favorite thing. He just laid down with his head on his paws, a little bored. He had no apprentice to mentor, so he really had nothing to do at the moment. He spotted both of his kits, who were paws now, out in the camp. He smiled and lifted his head, saying " Good morning Foxpaw. Good morning Pinepaw. Surely you two haven't forgotten about me just yet. "

The orange she-cat let out yet another simple yawn, seeing that it was actually earlier than usual when she woke up. She was in fact a morning cat, but she probably woke up too early today. She licked her paw a few times and then rubbed her pad over her head, cleaning herself boredly. That was until she heard the peppy voice of her brother, the fluffball that always cheered her up. With one last swipe of her paw on top other head, she greeted her brother with a happy hello. " I think it's been about ten minutes. I'm surprised that YOU are up Featherpaw. Aren't you always the one that sleeps in! " She questioned his brother amusingly, yet also curiously. It was true though. Amberpaw was always the sibling that would wake up, while it seemed that her brother would be lazy and sleep in.
