Are the Saint Patrick's Day Pets supposed to be under a specific "St. Patrick's Day" category or with the March pets?

It shows the St. Patrick's day pets with the March pets....

The St. Patrick's pets are always kept in with the regular March pets in the archive rather than getting a separate tab.

Not sure if this is a bug or not, but I've seen some people like Solloby and Lawliet, have a special pet that they designed. It's not in the archives, and I'm assuming only they (and maybe Tess or Nick) have a copy of this pet. Will it ever be in the archives?

No, as they are custom pets which are not archived.

The UR Phoenix's rarity will be calculated at a future rarity calculation; no one is sure when that will happen.

The Joker PPS cub is archived and the cub shown in the monthly "Cats" category does not actually exist as a pet.
