"Sammy, please step forward. I see that you want to stay here, with Jetclan, and learn the Warrior Code." Spirestar stepped to the edge of the TallTree, where she always did to have ceremonies and to make announcements. She glanced around the camp, admiring her tiny clan. {rp}

"Uh-um..." The Tasmanian tiger stuttered before shying away. "I-I'd like t-to stay a loner." He said quietly. "I don't fit in with cats, and I am much, much larger...about 4 cats in length!" He made an excuse. Sure, he could catch more prey than any cat for his size...but a warrior code? This was just strange. "I haven't seen my kind anywhere." He suddenly spoke.

"Sammy, I know you may not feel at home with cats, yet, but I promise you, I will soon make you a warrior." The expression on Spirestar's face, despite her courageous words, gave away her disappointment. "Well, we still have apprentices needing mentors," Spirestar stretched her wing wide as she sat on the branch, ready to continue.

"I cannot fly though." Sammy says, feeling like such an outcast. Look, look at the beautiful wings on those cats. Look, look at my ugly stripes. He thought, looking over his back and seeing his stripes. He pressed his claws into the dirt.

Spirestar sighed. "Sammy, it does not matter how you look. I know it must be hard for you to not know if their are any of your kind left, and I understand. I still want you to learn the warrior code; to follow it would be up to you." Spirestar looks around for a moment, then adds, "I, Spirestar, leader of Jetclan will teach you about the warrior code." She shifts her paws impatiently on the Talltree. Where was everybody?
