Darkrai is a Spam Pokemon. I term I use for Untradable pokemon.

Mew, Victini, Genesect, Jirachi, Celebi, Shaymin, Keldeo, and Meloetta are all great examples of Spam Pokemon. It's mainly because they are things called "Event Pokemon," or "Luxary Pokemon." This means they were given out in some special way. People want them so they put them there, but even if someone has one they can't be traded because the GTS won't alow you, therefore, spamming up the trading fodder.

It's impossible over the GTS. You have to find one and trade for one over PSS.

The shiny mew you traded me,was it an event pokemon? Also what woukd you like for Entei?

A Japanese Event yes, and Mews in general cannot be traded in general there. The names are banned technically.
