The Rainbow After the Storm (Heavy Rain RP.)

"Yep, hosptial!" Jaydne shouted as she gripped his shirt. He gave her a concerned glance before kicking off of the ground and working wearily onto the road, waving and swerving a little. He laughed, but quickly hut his mouth. Now was no laughing matter. Of course she would go to the hospital, where else should Norman have gone? He didn't really know what to do in this situation, to be honest, so the hospital was the only reasonable explanation. As they sped wobbly down the road, the FBI agent glanced back at Madison. "Are you alright, Maddy-Moo? Ya still with me? Huh, can ya here me?" He called frantically, too concentrated on not veering them off onto oncoming traffic to check to see for himself.

Madison didn't speak; she couldn't bring herself to. She was barely even aware of the fact that they were swerving all over the road. She only noticed when they would take a turn specifically fast and it would cause a wave of dizziness and nausea to course through her. She didn't go to the hospital for these often, but for some reason, this attack felt..different. She couldn't explain it, but she needed a doctor. She lifted her head wearily. "I'm okay," she said, half lying, her throat sounding a little raw and her voice weak.

"Are you sure?" Norman shouted, shoving another turn and running a few red lights. "You don't sound too certain!" He called back, rustling his feet on the foot rest and revving the engine. "Come on! Hurry up!" He shouted to a man in front of them, giving him a few gestures of displeasure. Jayden quickly decided to pass him, arriving at the hospital and trying his hardest to break the cycle safely without causing them to slip on a patch of ice. He threw himself off the bike and charted over to Madison, picking her up and running her into the waiting room.

Madison simply clung onto the fabric of his shirt as she was picked up, her bag that her camera was in bouncing against her hip as he ran. She felt like a little child more than anything. Being carried around by someone else, desperately clinging onto them as if they were her last hope. She then felt herself slip into unconsciousness, and her eyes shut.

Norman held Madison closer to his chest, checking to see if she was alright every now and then. "You're gonna be alright, Butterfly. I promise you, I'll help you!" He charged into the room and looked over at the nurse, quickly explaining to her what had happened, and that his girlfriend had insomnia.

The nurse quickly came around, helping Jayden put Madison in a gurney and rushing her into the back room.

"Wait! I get to come with her...right?" Jayden whimpered.

"I'm sorry, sure. Things were a lot more serious than we may have imagined. "

"But...what does that mean?" He shouted as they disappeared through the swinging doors.

Madison awoke to being rushed down a hallway in a gurney. She never was much on hospitals. Her eyes darted around, looking for any sign of Norman, but she found none and panic quickly set in, if her condition wasn't worse enough already. "Norman? Where's Norman?" she demanded groggily.

"Sh, sh, honey. Everything will be alright, your boyfriend is just in the lobby." The nurse began, tapping her hand patiently. "He's waiting for you...you'll be alright," was the only explanation Madison was given before they stopped in a room, the nurses beginning to strap her up to medical equipment. "Miss. Page. Can you hear me?"

Madison didn't respond, simply allowing her head to loll to the side lazily. She tried to calm herself down, but at this point, it was no use. She'd just have to let the doctors do their work. "Yes," she responded, though she very much didn't want to speak. She wished Norman was there with her..why weren't they letting him come? Her head spinning, she shut her eyes.

Doctor Bishop strode into the room, a smile on his face as he peered over the chart. "Hello, Miss Page. Are you doing alright?" Obviously, glancing down at her, she wasn't. He shook his head and looked back down at her and mumbled something to his nurse. He eyed her and laughed. "Didn't I just treat Norman?" He looked at the heart monitor. "Miss Page, what were you doing when you had your attack?"

Madison opened her eyes slightly to look at the doctor, but was blinded by the light and quickly shut them back. Wasn't this the doctor that treated Norman? Hearing him mention him confirmed her suspicions. She then tried to recollect all that had just happened. What was she doing? "Taking a picture," she responded as suddenly the memory came rushing in.
