''Or we could use the back door. I think there are some supplies back there, but we'll have to climb the fence to get there... I didn't want to use it since I'm a bit too short for it, but you might manage to climb it without any problems...'' she said, realizing that this was the plan she discarded a few minutes ago, but there was nothing else she could come up with. Rune's mind was still pretty shaken and blank, and it was hard to focus without wanting to just slump onto the floor and stay there until she felt better, if she'd even feel better. A part of her was angry at her for being like this, she shouldn't be this shaken by a few drops of blood. Yes, they might belong to a person dear to her, but that didn't mean she could just lose herself in grim thoughts that could even turn out to be false, not to mention she wasn't alone here. Fabian was there and we could bet he didn't go with her on this mission to comfort her when things went wrong, also she wanted to keep her reputation of someone who's pretty much cold and detached from things like this. But, another part of her knew that the anger was wrong and that she couldn't just be heartless and cold. The old man was an uncle to her, an old and beloved friend, she couldn't just shrug it off. Rune let out a quiet sigh, feelings were such a drag sometimes and she wished she didn't even come up with coming here for help. The woman didn't even notice she let go of Avis's wrist and walked out of the house onto the fresh air, then she walked into the alley that was gaping the old house and the neighbour's and leaned against the wall. There was a barrel next to the wooden fence, so there might even be a chance of her making it over, once Fabian comes.
