He swung his head around as he ran forwards and spotted an Everteen, actually several, ganging up and running straight for him. He leaped forward, dive rolled, and sent several knives twirling through the air at them.

He cringed at how quickly a lot of the deaths were and kept his eyes on Switch.

Burn died cuz someone killed him, oh well.

He waited until everyone was dead before coming out to face Switch alone.

He quickly finished off the entire group then jumped up onto a higher obstacle and faced Death.

He summoned shadows all around him. "Ready to die?"

He grabbed two more knives, adrenaline still coursing through him. "Are you?" He growled and jumped at him.

He found himself holding his breath and let it quickly as he watched.

Death dove to the side and shot shadow at Switch's face.

He had wounds all over him, mainly minor burns and slashes. He jumped away, feeling coldness begin to creep into him as he passed through part of the shadow.

He went on the offensive again, approaching with more shadow.

He realized he needed a new way to defeat this guy and he closed his eyes, then jumped through the shadow, freezing up as the coldness clutched him. At the last moment he opened his eyes and looked right at Death.
