hey sorry just popping in as I was looking around at the new adopts! it's perfectly fine to add the new owner or another artist the owner requests (in case they don't want to do the art themselves) c: that being said there are certain items that aren't allowed on the shepherds - I'm going to go write a short area on edits from the owners now so feel free to check in in about an hour or so to see what it alright to do~
