I love helping people, and I don't want to see newbies not knowing what to do. I remember when I joined I had no idea how to do anything, and I was so confused. I was scared to ask someone to help, because I didn't want to be rude. I love that now newbies are being welcomed and helped right away.

At least once per day, but usually a few times per day.

General Knowledge, Forms, BB Code (I can use BB Code fairly well and I understand it, but I have to use my phone a lot, so what I see is different then what you would see on your computer), Roleplay, Trading, Rarities, Rare Lists.

Per day I would say about anywhere from 1-3 hours, but more often 2 hours.

Jacob, Sky's Border collie/corgi mix service dog gave a happy yip. Jacob wedged his leash into Sky's hand, and pulled, meaning for Sky to get up. As he did, a groaning noise hit his ears. Zombies. I should have stayed at the Church! Stupid! What was I thinking!. Once Sky was on his feet, Jacob pulled him farther from the zombies, but they had caught his scent. I have to find someone quickly. Sky thought. "Jacob! Try to find someone else that is alive! No matter how much I hate to admit it, I can't fight without sight!" Sky yelled to his pup. Jacob stayed quiet, but was trying to track down the scent of human hidden under the stench of rotting flesh.

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I was in the program when I was a newbie myself, and my adopter really helped me out. From giving me a bunch of pets to helping me with the forums and oekaki, I felt like he/she gave me a good understanding of CS. I want to be able to do the same for someone and help them feel more comfortable with CS. In RL, I enjoy helping others so I think it'd be great to help online as well!

How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: It depends. If I manage to sneak on at school, only ten minutes. But usually it's anywhere from 45 minutes to two hours at a time. I often come on for an hour, leave, than come back on later in the day.

I am Shanoo and would like to adopt a newbie. The problem is I am underage. I have only been on CS for around 5 months but I consider myself to know enough to help someone new.

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I think I am able to adopt a newbie because I love to help others and am quite active on CS
How often do you get on CS?: I go on CS almost every day except for holidays.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: I would like to apply for the following categories:
General knowledge: I have basic knowledge of most of CS and explore quite a lot.
Forums: Most of my time spent on CS is in the forums and understand them well.
Roleplaying: I roleplay a lot on CS and am a semi-literate role player and particular about good grammar, punctuation and spelling. I am active on many role plays of different categories. A semi-literate example is shown below this form.
Trading and pets: I don't trade that much anymore but I have knowledge of trading ajd how to set up rules.
How long do you typically spend on CS each day you get on?: I spend approximately 2-5 hours on CS most days.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: Of course I will be polite and helpful. I love helping others and I definitely didn't like being treated rudely as a newbie.

Lauren got up from the seat she was sitting on. She took in her surroundings and breathed in the salty air. She had just come back from a short trip to London and was ready to start school again. She had only been back for a couple of days but was missing London already. The ship never ceased to amaze her; beautiful places, wonderful sea, interesting people from all over the world, effective schooling and great facilities made the school unique and a great place to learn. Lauren especially liked the smoothie bar; which she was quite close to. She was also very thirsty so she scooped up her kitten, Bob and walked towards the smoothie bar, smiling at the visitors on board.

When she reached the smoothie bar, she stood at the back of the relatively short queue and waited for her turn; petting Bob and tapping her foot. At the front of the line, she smiled and ordered a strawberry smoothie. Bob leaped out of her arms and ran towards the chairs near the smoothie bar. Bob had never been on the ship before so he was unfamiliar with everything. Lauren's eyes widened and she quickly grabbed her smoothie and rushed towards the seats. She set her smoothie on a table near a boy who looked a few years older than her (Lincoln) and scooped up Bob. She kept him in her arms and sat down. "I'm sorry about that, Bob is really friendly." She said to the boy "Are you here for the school as well?" She continued.

I'm a little confused? I sent in my application about a month or so ago, and got accepted into every lists that I wished to, but I haven't seen my name up there, even at the bottom? I'm not sure if I. Was left out for a reason or anything else?

Why should you be able to adopt a newbie?: I think I am able to adopt a newbie by my knowledge of the site. along with my kind nature, I can never snap and I am very patient. I have age as an ally, almost a two year user, and I am bilingual which would definitely help with the Japanese newbies.
How often do you get on CS?: at least three times a day for around an hour at a time.
Which categories would you like to apply for?: Language (English and Japanese) , general knowledge , trading and pets , rarity , and rares list.
Do you agree to be helpful and polite to your newbie at all times?: oh of course ^^.

I couldn't find anything of your application at all, so it is possible you've just been missed. ^^ You should be put on with the next update, however.

Not sure if I should have just PM'd a moderator or not, but after what time is it assumed that a newbie will not be coming back onto the site? I was assigned a Newbie on Feb 3rd, it has been 2 weeks and my message is still in my outbox, they have not logged on since. Is it okay to re-quote my form or should I wait a little bit longer?

Hi, I got my results on Jan 28th, and the list still hasn't updated yet.
I sent a PM to noleah but I haven't got a reply.

The last list update was done by Fat Unicorn on pg 468 on Jan. 11th. You will be added with the next update. ^_^

Excuse me, but I've waited for over a month to be assigned to a newbie. I was supposed to be put on the top of the list, because my newbie never answered me once. Sorry if this is spam, I just want something straightened out.
