Hunter's eyes widened. "You're an Everteen." He muttered, glancing around. "We've got to get you back to my house before the hunters find you!"

Todge whimpered, it was still sore.

He pressed down hard then brought the whip down again.

Huger nodded, glancing around frantically. "Come ON!!!" He walked off quickly and turned back to make sure he was following.

Todge groaned and tried to sit up.

His gaze hardened in distrust. "How do I know you aren't a hunter yourself?"

Garett

He lifted his foot and helped him, grabbing him around the throat and lifting him up.

He paused. "If I was a hunter, I'd have sicked half the city on you by now. This place is literally crawling with hunters." He said, speeding up.

He still looked a little doubtful but followed him, glancing around for hunters.

He walked over to one of the cells and started chaining him in. "We may have to stay a little longer just to teach you a lesson."

Hunter made sure the coast was clear the turned to him, handing him a hooded cloak. "Put this on, we'll have to cross the street."

Todge didn't struggle. "If it makes you feel better, I'll apologize." He winced as the cold chains were locked on.

He took out his short sword. "No, it doesn't, though the Eagle never had the guts to say that." He smirked and glanced at Bryce, knowing he may like a shot at him.
