Tii finally scooted over towards the cell and stopped about two feet away from it, shaking like crazy.

Bryce led him back to the boat and up the ramp.

Todge actually felt kinda bad for Hatter, but didn't show it.

He heard Bryce get back with Hatter and smirked.

He looked back over his shoulder at the city, wanting to run so bad. He turned away, meeting gazes with Todge for a moment.

Tii finally just scooted away from the cell and into the corner of the room, unable to bring herself to get in.

Todge considered running for a moment, then sighed. They'd just track him down again.

He stood. "Get in."

He saw his look and nodded at him like, if you run, I'm coming with you.

"I can't." She whimpered, huddled in the corner.

He moved closer, ready to throw her in anyway. "Why not?"

He fell down the stairs and hit the floor hard. He struggled up and looked around, eyes wide.

He wondered when he'd get to see Tii again.

Tii didn't look up. "I just can't." She glanced over at Hatter sadly, she half wished he had made it.

He glanced down at the initials in his forearm and hoped to never see that kid again.

He shrugged. "To bad." He said and pulled her up.

He dragged her over to the empty cell and put her in, closing and locking all the doors.
