But I'm doing an art comp to be an adoptables artist and I have two problems:

~My computer thinks Chibipaint is unreliable
~I can't edit the pic because I havent been added yet. (This one, I can sort out.)

Ah, I think I know what's wrong there. Is the competition located in the competitions forum? Because if it's in there, everyone should be able to colour it in. If you give me the link to the artist competition I can settle atleast one problem.

As for the unreliable issue. Is your computer giving you a specific error message?

Oh that's easy, just uninstall and reinstall Java. That should get you the exception list. c:

Have you tried the offline installer already?

The difference between them is that the offline installer is a package that you can install without having to stay connected to the internet, and the online installer is basically an installation tool that picks out the newest and correct parts to install via internet. The online installer runs more checks, which can stop the installation if a certain part isn't found. They're just different installation methods that provide the exact same result.
