birthday expectations are much higher than excpected

I expected just a cake and 1 gift
And now I end up with a cake, 6 gifts (or at least 6, not currently right now but I'll have 6 by May 2nd), and a 'happy birthday'.
I'm shaking
Either because I'm happy or because I'm hungry
Someone help
The only thing that could make this even better

People are beING SO NICE TO MEEEE ;U;
