She feared of back talking her leader so she stayed silent, she shook her head and continued.

Hummingstar looked at Leopardkit."When we get back to camp, come to my den." She meowed. The leader needed to know the kits problem.

Leopardkit sighed, "Ok..." She said reluctantly.

Hummingstar nodded. She padded back to camp.

Leopardkit went into her leaders den sitting down, waiting for her to come in.

Hummingstar padded in and sat in her den."Now, Leopardkit, what is wrong? You said but back there. What is the problem?" She asked.

"Well i was just going to say it wasnt my fault, i wanted to know if it was a rogue. I just dont want to get in trouble so i stayed quiet." She mumbled.

"Although you could've gotten yourself hurt, that was kinda brave. You reminded me when I was a young kit. Though I do have to punish you. Kits are supposed to be in the nursery or camp at all times. Got it? Now what shall be your punishment?" She asked out loud

"Maybe just night patrol?" She hoped to convince the she-cat to let her off easy.

"No... I'll let one of the warriors lead a patrol. I still need a deputy." She murmured.
