"Cool," she meowed in thought of learning new fighting moves.

"Do you know the scruff shake?" Silvercloud looked at the apprentices, knowing that she had not yet taught Jaypaw

Spottedpaw shook her head, "not me."

Jaypaw's expression went blank. "What?" Jaypaw mewed confused.

"Is it where you pick a cat up by the scruff and shake them?" She asked, guessing from the name of the move.

"It's the name of a fighting move," Silvercloud informed her apprentice, "okay, doesn't seem that you know... this move is very dangerous and should never be used in a fight over something such as territory. You fasten your teeth into your enemy's neck, first. You shake violently so that your opponent gets too dizzy, and a strong throw could kill them. But only use this is opponents smaller than you."

Spottedpaw nodded, soaking up every word that she said

"Could you show us on a stick or something?" Jaypaw asked.

Silvercloud nodded, "of course," she padded over to a tree and lifted a twig, then bit down hard around the middle, shaking it wildly with the motion of her head, she threw it at a tree and it snapped.

Spottedpaw smiled, "cool!"
