I fixed the barmaid part, but i mentioned it being morning, having smelled bread. She only went to bed having thiefed through the night. Didnt think about the guilf thing though. Would make sense. Thanks for the information.

When I was 7 my mother got very ill and passed away, from then on I lived with my father as a blacksmith's apprentice. One day my father seriously injured his arm while handling an axe, it eventually got infected had to be removed. I worked late hours because he no longer could, my father died from nemonia and I couldn't afford the blacksmiths anymore I was put into orphanage and restored to comon thievery to survive. I earnt my name "fox" because of my ability to get what I want without being detected, though guards abuse me with the name calling me a pest and calling me a dirty soot scamp. I was lucky enough to be accepted by the thieves guild, they saw the potential in a skillful fox like I.

Reading? Lazarus flicked his beady eyes over the paper once more, frowning in concentration. Perhaps if he frowned hard enough and stared for long enough then the black maggots would turn into words like they did for Vernon. But they did not. Just as they did not every time before. "Oh," he nods, as if understanding what it is to glean such information from the paper and not from the horse's mouth. "Righ' bunch of idiots," he volunteered in agreement to Cedar as she slunk in. Women, even guild women, made the bear anxious and uncomfortable and he shied his head away quickly only to find Miri stalking toward them. Was there to be no end to the baiting of his nerves? Grabbling a flagon of ale he drew it to his lips to hide his face from the two women and pushed a pudgy finger toward the paper. "So, if they ain't go us why'd they say they do?"

APPEARANCE: Rune has long chocolate brown hair which is usually well groomed and it is always free to flow down her back and over her shoulders. The girl stands at around 170 centimeters and has an hourglass figure hidden behind a long dark brown coat. She wears light armor underneath the coat and it has a lot of small pockets that home her throwing knives and whatever she might find useful, but the girl also has a leather belt which holds her other weapons, namely her favorite pair of daggers and a sword. On her feet are tall boots which usually hide a few more throwing knives and they're decorated with a few silver buckles.
PERSONALITY: Rune is mostly known as a very arrogant and bullheaded thief, always arguing with the others of her guild and getting into trouble with the head of the guild because of her words. As much as she loves bickering with the others, she cares about the guild since she looks at them as her family and she grew quite fond of the whole group. The girl is also loud and she is not afraid to speak her mind, even if she ends up in a small cell because of it and be sure she'll be the first one to start a fight. On the other hand, she can be a sweet heart and she's a very good listener, and most of the time she'll be civil with the people around her until you provoke her. And I suggest you don't provoke her, unless you want a dagger in your gut or your throat opened. Rune has also proven to be very smart and cunning like a real thief should be, and almost no one doubts her skills as a thief and as an assassin when it's needed.
WEAPONS: As I've said before, the girl has a favorite pair of daggers which are decorated with golden swirls and runes. She thinks of them as her most prized possession and she uses them almost always. In addition to the daggers, she also has a sword, a rapier to be precise that she got when she was 19 from her father who died two years ago in a fire. Rune likes to use it in extended fights, but she's not as comfortable with it as she is with her precious daggers. Aside from those, she also has throwing knives and poison. The poison is rarely used and it can slow someone down for a small amount of time, but it's enough time for her to escape from a bad situation.

Tommy looked into his mug of distainful coffee, then back at Cedar.
"Good question..." he answered with a hesitant smile. He put the mug back on the
table propped up his head on his hand. "We've gotta get some better stuff 'round
here, eh? Don't want some food poisoning or somethin'." He shrugged. "Guess it
comes with the territory," he joked lightly.

Miri raised an eyebrow at Lazarus' sudden tenseness but shrugged
it off and just Laz being Laz. She smirked and answered his question. "Well, ya
see, if the nobles think we're caught, then they feel safe. If they feel safe, then
they won't use their money and power against the guards and stuff. They're just
trying to save their hides and keep the peace. Get it?" she explained quickly,
nibbling at a piece of bread as she took the fourth seat around the table.

Running. Every time something went wrong, running was the first thing she did. And this morning was no different. Through the oddly busy streets of Carvel, a black figure was running from the guards. None other than Rune, the girl got caught when she tried to pickpocket a wealthy merchant who was trying to have his morning meal and she was paying the price by running for dear life. It's been almost half an hour; half an hour of jumping, sliding, avoiding. And the guards were not giving up, not yet. It seemed... wrong to her. Never have they followed her this long, never have they been so quick. Then again, she was never caught this easily when she was pickpocketing someone. Looks like Lady Luck was not on her side today.

As she was running with bigger and bigger determination and slight despair, it seemed to her as if she would have to give up. The only option in her mind and there was no way she was taking it. She lead the small group of guards into the Carvel forest with the idea of loosing them quicker this way. Not gonna happen. They continued chasing her for another half an hour, when something life saving, but embarrassing happened. Rune was still running, getting away from them was her only thought right now and in all of the quickness, she failed to notice the unruly roots of an old oak tree. She fell over them and rolled into the nearby lake through the bushes, loosing the guards almost immediately. Rune got out of the lake once she was certain they were gone and she was not happy with this. Soaking wet, covered in mud and with burning anger in her eyes, she contained the urge to scream and started walking in the direction of the guild's hideout.

Fifteen minutes passed and the girl was at the hideout. Still wet and angry, she entered and made her way to the makeshift bar. And, of course, everyone was there; Lazarus, Miri, Tommy, Cedar. Without thinking, Rune walked to the bar, not even looking at her teammates and she poured some of the ale that was there into a flagon and took a decent sip. She looked at them all, ''Don't. Say. Anything.'' she said, waving her slender finger with every word she hissed out, then poured more ale for another sip. Lady Luck was really not on her side today.

He ducked out of the way of an oncoming fist before slamming his own into the fleshy gut of his opponent. His hat was low over his eyes to protect his identity somewhat but he was unable to use his sword: it had been knocked aside when he was barrelled into by the occupant of this rather lavish so-called home. More of a palace, he had snorted to himself upon first entering in advance to grasping two diamond necklaces and a sapphire ring. These items now hung in a small leather purse at his hip as he tucked his body into a roll and grabbing the ridged pummel of his weapon in one smooth moment. There was a growl akin to that of some great beast above his head and he stood tall now, though his knees were bent to lower his frame into a fighting stance. He didn't need to wait before the man was rushing towards him in his anger. And rather like the avians he was nicknamed after, Fabian turned swiftly and leapt from the open window.

More sounds, shouts and enraged yells now, were sure to alert the neighbourhood. And it wasn't like he could afford to be caught. Moving at a brisk walk - he would not run like a coward - Fabian planned his route ahead of him as he traversed the narrow, cobbled streets of the Kingdom of Carvel. He knew this place like the back of his hand and many nights of sprinting along the winding alleys meant he could find his way with his eyes tightly shut. But it would not be long until guards where chasing his heels like a pack of bloodthirsty dogs after a fox; thus, it was imperative that he got back to base before too much time passed. Too bad. I would rather have liked to sell one of these necklaces off to a pretty woman.

He hadn't been up all night, thank God. No, he'd luckily managed to sleep away the hours until the darkest times and then head out. Avis had scouted out a good house, not too near the center of the main city but suitably rich enough that they could stand to loose a few items. He'd waited for the guard patrols to die down, for they would have to sleep before making his attack. Unfortunately for him, it seemed the master of the house had been out drinking and had returned to see him eyeing up a pair of pearl earrings. Sadly he had not had time to pinch them before being involved in the skirmish that followed.

It wasn't long before the cloaks of shadow hid him from view and only moments before he entered the dimly lit, makeshift bar. Fabian fancied he could do with a tankard of ale to relieve his thirst before he passed the day away in boredom. His brown optics spotted the group crowded around a table and he headed over, dropping the purse on top of the paper. "I'd say that could be about me, although it is a little early." It wasn't often he was near being captured, but at least he had come away with only a bruise growing on his jaw and the stolen items. Reaching over, he picked up a piece of bread and took a thoughtful bite. "Unless you want me caught." Briefly, his eyes drifted over Rune but his only reaction was the raising of his brows.

A quiet sigh was heard from the girl as she finished her drink; she had to get changed. As much as she hated the idea, the clinginess of her attire was starting to annoy her. Just as she was about to start walking, Fabian appeared with a purse of coins or whatever he had gathered this morning. Huh. Looks like he had luck with his morning thievery. Rune let out a chuckle at his words and crossed her arms, "Can't say I'd have anything against it, to be honest. It'd be fun to see how long it would take you to squirm out of jail. IF you'd get out at all..." she said with a grin, slowly walking towards the man until she finished her sentence, now standing right in front of Fabian. Her olive green eyes were staring right into his, gaining a playful flicker as her curiosity for the man's answer grew.The girl enjoyed teasing and taunting her guild mates and Fabian was the first one she wanted to try out today. If this turned into something more than mere words and dirty looks, Rune would certainly be pleased.

Veron rolled his eyes at Rune and Fabian and flipped through the
newspaper once more. He nearly reached for his mug again mindlessly before
reminding himself of that awful taste of burnt coffee and dung. He shifted to
face Lazarus and Cedar and ignored the shameless flirts.

"Both of you are positively shameless," Miri commented to Fabian
and Rune. "Covered in mud and bruises and you still look like you're ready to pounce."
She huffed and shook her head, stifling a smile. Flirting was hardly a foreign concept
to her, and she did such a thing frequently to get out of trouble or manipulate someone,
but she wondered if either party here would actually act on it. If they did, she didn't
want to know, and she would gladly pretend it wasn't happening. She personally disproved
of relationships in the workplace, and had spoken with the other guild leaders about
banning it before, but they eventually agreed that a little... stress relief was necessary.
