Lissa snuggled her head against Jesse's chest as she spit up again.

Bella sighed watching. "She's been spitting up a lot recently. I bet she has acid reflex like I did as a baby. I was a puker." She said.

Jesse sighed and wiped her mouth. "It's okay baby girl." He looked at Bella.

"On the day I was born I spit up in my dad's hair and he went to get my mom food with spit up still in his hair." Bella said.

Lissa rubbed her feet together trying to get to sleep.

"Is that why he's hesitant to grow it out?" He took off his shirt and then held Lissa to his bare chest.

Bella shook her head. "No, he actually was very hesitant about cutting his hair." She said. "He is afraid that he'll upset his mom because she loved his hair long." She said. "But now he's afraid to let it grow too long because mom at one point threatened to leave if he didn't at least trim it."

"He doesn't want anyone upset at him, huh?" He asked.

"No," she sighed.

Jesse looked at her. "You okay?"

"Yeah," she said. "We just all miss Nana."
