Shadowwing sat before the Nursery, often turning her head towards the entrance to make sure Deerkit wasn't attempting anything, "You just can't. Maybe Feather or Ivory will come here every now and then but you don't belong in Spikeclan," she replied to the kit.

Ivory slid past Alec and entered the camp, not caring if he told Ivy. She then looked around for either Deerkit or Spiritstar. Spiritstar would know where Deerkit was and if she saw Deerkit, she wouldn't need help finding her.
