Her hair is constantly changing due to it being water, but it cannot be put out. He has the ability to unconciously keep it on hsi head. Its basically second nature to him like breathing. He also inherited stars that flicker across his body. They look very beautiful in the water.
His markings glow brightly even in the day, but stand out much more at night.
He does control water.
