Eagleheart slid underneath the badger as it reared back to strike a blow. She slashed her claws across its stomach. As the badger leaned back down, she ran back out of range.

As the badger ran off, creek flower began to feel... well..., like she could feel starclan summoning her. Coughing, she went limp.
A few moments later, her eyes were closing.

Eagleheart looked back, out of breath. She saw Creekflower and ran over. "Oh no. Creekflower?" she mewed quietly, pushing gently on her shoulder.

Hawktalon limped to Creekflower and pushed his nose into her fur, "You were loyal to the end" he mewed quietly. A tinge of sadness and guilt lay in his eyes.

Eagleheart stood back. She nodded, then walked off into the forest.

Shallow-Water leaped to his feet when the news rippled through the clan.
"Mother!" he gasped as he rushed into the meadow, limping on his broken back leg.
"You mousbrains! You shouldn't have let her fought!" He hissed, his fur fluffing up with a hiss.
He gathered his herbs together, and applied Marigold and Cobwebs to her wounds, and sewed her deep wounds with bindweed.
"Stay with us, mother," he meowed, lapping at her wounds.

Creek-flower was struggling to breath, and when she was breathing, she felt exhausted.
"It's going to be okay,.. My dear.." The elderly she-cat meowed, coughing.
In a split second her head fell to the ground, and she went limp oncemore, her breath slowing.

Flintpaw winced as he watched the scene unfold with Creekflower and her struggles to breathe. He only stayed by the warriors, watching with wide, amber eyes as Shallow-water ran over.
