Luke shook his head. "I'm just sorry that this happened. I know you miss her. We all do."

Jamie sighed. "I'm sorry it happened too."

After a moment, Kris could breathe again and she laid back against the couch.

Sarah nodded and sighed. "You can if you need to."

Luke rubbed his back slowly. "I know, bud. And we'll find out what happened, I promise."

Cecilie bit her lip and crouched beside her. "Are you okay?"

Kris nodded. "Yeah."

Luke nodded. "I'm glad you seem to be alright."

Sarah nodded again slightly and rested her head against his chest. He really did make her feel better.

Luke sighed. "I'm so sorry, J. What do you want me to do?"
