What do I do if, when I try to open oekaki(draw something), all it does is show a blank screen? No plug-in failure, no nothing

its included in CS, just go to the section you want to post your drawing, beginner, intermediate, advanced, editable, colored in, adoptable, Official weekly challenge, Collaborations and gift linearts, Comics and series, Competitions, Avatars, and Editable Avatars. Then just click new drawing at the top left corner.

the new drawing button is the same color and design as the Post Reply button, accept at the top area.

Ohh, nevermind. I can get to the drawing thing now, but i just dont have java. I personally am an experienced drawer and maybe will consider getting it for the oekaki.
