Where you could buy it, it said this:
'This Halloween-inspired Patchwork Pup was made by Selcouth. It does not grow, so what you see here is exactly what you'll get!'

I'm no longer an active member of this community, but I'm always looking to commission art of my dog, Pascal the Pomeranian! ^^ PM me if you're interested in drawing him, and we can discuss payment.

I say that the new store dogs should be called the "Patchwork Pup" and the "Raven Wing". Barely anyone calls it the "Scarecrow", and honestly it just doesn't seem to fit.
I agree with the 'Patchwork pup' name; I don't see it very much as a scarecrow

Thirded. ^^ Patchwork Pup and Raven Wing. It's called Raven Wolf in the store but the "Wing" part is a good identifier. I've also seen Patchwork much more than I've seen Scarecrow.
I'm not sure anyone would have any idea what a "Nevermore" dog is.
Are the 3rd gens going to graduate to different names once they all grow? Blanket colors was good for the newborns, but kinda hard to apply to adult dogs. ^^ (I'd suggest Pink Heart 3rd Gen, Brown 3rd Gen, Tri-color 3rd Gen, and Cream 3rd Gen...though that could change when they latter two grow.)

I agree with this. I personally haven't read the poem in question... But I think just calling it a Nevermore, a lot of user, especially younger users, won't understand. Maybe a Nevermore Raven would be a happy medium? [Maybe?] I'm not so on-boar with the Raven "Wings". The wings part is kind of stating the obvious. I mean after all, raven's are birds, and birds have wings.
And as for as the Patchwork Pup. I really think there isn't any question that Patchwork is way more suiting then Scarecrow. Seriously, three most common identifiers scarecrows posses: hay, plaid and farm crops... Patchwork Pups have none of those.
