Staff changes - promotions and retirements!

We have some sad news and some very exciting news, we'll get the sad stuff over with first

Retirements

Chia - Sadly Chia will be retiring from official artist this month I know we've all been huge fans of her beautiful artwork, but she promises to stay on as a Guest artist so hopefully we may still enjoy occasional litters from her

Satamoru - And unfortunately it's also come time to farewell one of our global moderators Satamoru has been helping the CS community for the past few years but recently has had other commitments eat up her CS time.

We'll miss Chia and Satamoru greatly, but let's wish them well for their future endeavors and hope they'll keep visiting us as members

Promotions

Some more exciting news to cheer us up again!

Verdana is becoming an Admin Assistant this month!

and... drum roll please...

Sorren Fey is becoming... an Admin this month! That's right, Sorren will be joining Tess and Nick at the tippity-top!

When we started CS we never expected it to turn into the bustling community it is now. I started CS by myself in 2008 and begrudgingly added Nick as an admin when I eventually accepted that I needed his help. Well, we've now reached the point where we've had to accept once more that we can't do it on our own! Sorren Fey was the obvious choice as she's been supporting us since the very beginning, when she joined us as one of the very first moderators in 2008.

We trust that this will be a huge positive step forward for CS, as with her help we should be able to have more frequent updates, fixes, and additions for the site, as well as faster responses to some of the more difficult help requests in the ticketing system.

This is a huge honor for Sorren to join the admin team, so please join me in wishing her a hearty congratulations!

Let's also congratulate Verdana, and let's not forget to thank Chia and Satamoru for their services to CS!
