Does anyone have a hoard that has meaning behind it? If so what?

I have my boar pps. when I saw them they reminded me of a fawn (baby deer) I don't know why but they do. And so I live in a more country place and I love to sit and watch the fawns in the spring eat out on the feild. And that's why I hoard them.

I have a hoard of pets that are meant for my relationship with my best friend. I'm moving out of state soon, and I want to hoard those pets so we can connect, I guess.

The hoard didn't really have any meaning, at first, but then I change the name, and the purpose appeared. What makes it even better is the fact that my best friend is hoarding the same pet. c:

July 2012 2nd gen litter:
These have meaning to me in the sense that both of the parents are just so different, and yet they have gorgeous pups. Two dogs that otherwise I wouldn't think about putting together. ....I guess that's why the group is called '<3 Beautiful Family <3'.

All my male lion hoards:
They have two meanings/importance's to me.
One is that they relate to my lion kinside.

The other is that....
When I think of a lion....A strong, tough, male lion, who is the king of his pride.....I think of that strength. I think of the confidence they must have. I think of the beauty of their fluffy, flowing manes.
Basically, I think of everything I'm not.
But seeing these male lions gives me an odd for of security.

The group I have called "You'll never steal my pride." is the group where I keep the four most prominent/important/strong/gorgeous lions.
The male August GUPPS is 5th one, but I have so many that giving them their own group was better.

So the short version is: I collected PPS Golden Retrievers for my mother. She's suffering a chronic disease with constant pain for six years now which is not curable. She loves them and of course adores the tiny pups even more.

The long version, well... I thought about re-doing my pet thread where I mention a reason of why I've started every hoard. But then again I don't know if I should really do that.
Is somebody still interested (besides Ama ) in reading stuff like that?

I think more of my hordes have meaning behind them than don't, these are just the ones with more personal meanings.
I horded the cardinal butterfly wolves because that's my grandmas favorite bird.
The ruby throated humming bird butterfly wolves because that's my moms favorite bird.
The wasabi ginger pps cat because my dad got me to like sushi, and we always used to buy wasabi flavored snacks.
The polar bear dog because of the polar bears in lost, my husband and I bonded over that show.
The hyena advent, hyena advent bunny, hyena advent rat, and staff hyena because my fursona has always been a hyena.
The tree staff dog because they remind me of ents and lord of the rings was the first novel I ever read on my own.
And a ton of my other hoards have meaning behind them, I think only a few were simply because they were too pretty not to hoard.
