I hoard Nutcrackers because when they first came out everybody hated them. I would find them with simple names like "ugly" and in groups called "these are disgusting."
And I'm not even exaggerating.

I hoard the Halloween PPS Drafts because they make me think of cute little clowns, and oh how I love clowns. OuO

I love hoarding the 'underdogs'. Hence, why I believe my Tufted Blood Hoard is so successful - they aren't sought after or particularly liked by a large number of people.

Would/do you hoard other pets or items that look like/represent your hoard pets? (Other species or maybe if your hoard had a 2nd gen litter?)

I hoard these rats and horses for that reason:

Not if I don't like how it looks.
For example sometimes I hoarded a PPS and then we got a GUPPS. I didn't hoard every GUPPS, because I didn't like how this one looked grown up.

2nd/3rd gens can be very different and I mostly hoard pets because they look smashing (to me) or remind me of something. If a 2nd gen only very vaguely reminds me of their parent who reminds me of something now that is just... errr... ^^;
