Oh, I love the villains from Star Wars, especially Greivous, and I'm a Loki lover. X3 Also the Warriors villains II love too.

ooo I've never seen Star Wars(dreadful, I know), but Greivous looks really neat. Loki, of course, is awesome.
The only Warriors villain I can remember off the top of my head is Tigerstar. I should reread those books xD

I personally really like the Joker. I've probably come across a bad guy I like better in anime or something, but he's the first to come to mind. I guess it's suiting, since Batman is my favorite superhero!

I did not like star wars and haven't seen all the movies. I personally think they are pretty bad...
I am, though, a Star Trek fan.
Anyways, my favorite vallain... Thats a difficult one, I allways like the bad guys more than the good guys...
Bane from Batman is pretty cool, and the winter soldier/Bucky from the new Captain America is damn awsome (cyborg, *drool* :B ) but he's more a weapon than a villain. And Venom from Spider-Man <3
Oh and ofcourse Invader Zim!

The character is pretty cool-looking and he sure does kick butt. I wonder if he'll be in any of the other movies? His disappearance was rather ominous.
