"Snake!" The tiny kit wailed, crawling away. "Shiver, Mousey!"

"Graybird!" Creampelt wailed, then ran to the Medicine Den, frantically searching for cobweb and coltsfoot. She returned a few heartbeats later, then wrapped the cobweb over Graybird's wound. She then takes the coltsfoot and chews it up into a pulp. "Here," She nudged Graybird with her muzzle, attempting to lift her muzzle slightly, "swallow this. It'll help your breathing. I'm no Medicine Cat, but I know my way around with herbs. My mother taught be about them before she died.."

Bones quickly stumbled away.

Graybird smiled and ate the pulp. She swallowed it, struggled but got it down."Thank you... I feel bad for your mother. My mother died and protected my blindness. She was the one who taught me to remember the unfamiliar scents and lock them in a special place." She purred after she finished swallowing.

Wolfpaw smiled and growled at the kit. He grabbed his scruff."You're not going anywhere..."

Creampelt's ears pricked at the sound of Wolfpaw's growl, "Silly kit," she meowed. Her gaze rested upon Graybird. She smiled, and began to wash her paws.

"I don't trust you going back to your camp. Besides, I want Icestar to have a good look at ya." He meowed.

"No!!" Max's neck fur bristled. She felt a tail rest on her shoulder, and heard the voice of Alex "It's not worth it..." He warned. Max looked away.
