"I'm due again soon anyway!" Mackenna's eyes narrowed as she listen. Something about this.. cat made the fur on her neck rise up, and she hated that feeling. It usually meant that something bad was going to happen. A small shiver raced up her spine, and her rear leg knocked into a pot sitting near the window. It fell with a crash, and Mac panicked, running around to the other side of the house and scotting beneath the bushes to hide.

The tom held out a paw filled with coins. "Here, please, keep the change." he smiled.

Ratchet Bones
Crash! The sound of pottery shattering sounded from the window sill and Ratchet ran quickly to check it up. "Oh..." he padded up to the shattered pot and tried hurriedly to clean it up. "I was growing my Cosmo's in that..." he sighed then looked around quickly. "Who's there?"

Lumen headed back around to the house, finished with his morning and padded happily upstairs for a quick shower.

Fiona Fae -

Fiona awoke to the sound of her house seeming like it was under siege, tiny paws thundering across the floors, up and down stairs, fast as lightning. With a soft sigh she rolled out of bed, realizing that the 'twins' had beaten her in getting up first once again. Just as she was about to open the door and slip out, her daughter threw open the door until it slammed against the wall, and Fiona sighed softly. "Estelle, how many times have I told you not to slam the door?" She paused, seeing her daughter's guilty look, and added, "Go get ready. We need to run into town to grab a few things." A little shudder of displeasure ran down her spine when she realized she'd have to both interact and keep an eye on her rambunctious kits, but it was nothing she could handle with a bit of patience - she'd done it before.

Estelle Anne -

Hearing her mother's command, Estelle rocketed down the hallway to find her brother so they could both get ready to go to town. She loved venturing in to see all of the shops and the market, to see all of the strange cats she didn't know. She was even less social than her mother, but she still liked all of the new things. "Aed! Aed!" She shrieked, searching for him as she grabbed the small satchel off of her bed. It held a bit of money and a little notebook she used to remember things, and she draped it over her small shoulders.

Aed Iye -

Aed had been hiding under the bed, awaiting his younger sister's arrival. An amused chuckle escaped his lips, and he almost gave up then, but realized his sister's shrieking had covered up his noise. He sighed with relief, then peeked from beneath the un-tucked sheets, waiting for the perfect moment. As she rounded the bed and grabbed her satchel, he reached out and grabbed firm hold of her front paws, tugging them out from under her as he jumped forward, springing from under the bed. Triumphant laughter filled the air as he listened to his sister squeal with surprise and fall, wide-eyed, the two of them landing in a tangled heap of limbs and swishing tails, Aed purring amusedly.

Birch -

Birch bustled around the kitchen, humming a light tune to himself under his breath as he prepared breakfast for himself and his daughter: the lazy little kitten still fast asleep in her room. He'd opened up a window to let the breeze in, and figured he'd finish cooking before he woke her up. They'd eat breakfast together, and then she could tag along as he delivered a few small hand-carved pieces that he'd finally finished. Tail flicking from side to side in time with his step, he wondered if he'd see anyone that he knew in town.

Ayanna -

Ayanna woke up slowly, untangling herself from her blankets as she stretched and yawned. She could hear the sounds of her father, busy in the kitchen, and giggled softly to herself. He was always so busy, moving so quickly, and it suited her perfectly. She couldn't wait to get out and do something - perhaps she'd actually get to meet someone else her age for once! Usually she had to settle for annoying one of the adults until they agreed to a game or two with her, or scurrying around outside on her own, exploring unseen territory like the woods or small ponds until her father called for her to come back before she hurt herself 'or worse'. She didn't want to find out exactly what 'or worse' meant, so she always returned when he called for her.

Leocadio -

Leocadio hadn't gone to sleep at all yet. He'd been up all night attempting to sleep but managing only to think about things and relive old memories: like all of his mistakes. The biggest one, of course, being the fact that he had fathered two kits he didn't even see any longer except when he occasionally passed by them on the street. They probably didn't even know he was their father. He should have been sleepless and anxious, but instead he found himself feeling oddly refreshed as he walked around his flat, considering what he should do for the day. He had no current cases to deal with, nothing pressing that needed his immediate attention.

He nodded graciously to Seneca before dipping into the store, gripping the fresh blueberries protectively.

After a quick wash up, Lumen sat down in his dimly lit living room, the soft glow of his laptop on the coffee table provided enough light in the room where Lumen could see where everything was. After a few moments, he decided it was time to let in some sunlight, and opened his curtains all the way. "Hmm..." he then opened the windows.
