Jonas felt hands at his sides as he closed his eyes. Now look at what you did! You blew your chances with her... did you? he thought.

I closed my eyes as well. I smiled and gave him a small kiss on his cheek. I opened my eyes and smiled at him. I waited for his reaction. My hands stayed at his side as we stood.

Jonas quickly raised his right hand to bite on it in worry. "I..." he said, softly.

I smiled and backed up slowly. "I better check on Sadie."

"G-go ahead." Jonas said, turning to go into his room. He slowly closed the door, and sank to the floor.

I smiled and walked to my room, which was just a few doors down. I unlocked my room and walked in to find Sadie laying on the bed. I rolled my eyes as she continued to sleep. I started to unpack and filled her bowl with water. I unpacked my clothes and hung them in the closet and dresser under the TV. My bathroom stuff was quickly placed where I wanted them and my bag put on the closet floor. Sadie was awake when I put her leash on her. Since the sun seemed to lower just a tad, I put on a light jacket and walked her out to the dog beach. I paused as I reached Jonas's door. Sadie sat as if to tell me to get him to come. He probably needed space as I walked out of the building. I reached the beach as I let Sadie go and she ran into the salted water. I looked back up towards my room, well, I actually took a peak at the balcony that was attached to the room Jonas was in to see if he was out.
