What do you do if you sold someone a character, had a rule that they needed to return the character to you if they no longer wanted it (which they agreed to), but they are now trying to sell it, despite your efforts to contact them?

I've PM'd them about it and they read it but never responded,
and have now advertised the character for sale several times .
I'm not quite sure to do about it ? Has anyone ever had this problem ?
