"Well, i'm gonna go check on her." Cheshire sighed. He teleported back to his domain again. "Hey, the queen said she'll lift the charges." he said. He saw Jabber looking at a tree. "No, this has to be a trick of the stupid cat's" he heard her mutter. "What? Did you find that really weird sign? Look, I didn't put it-" he stopped when he saw what was on the tree. "What's up with the tree? Did you do this?" he questioned. "That looks... Kind of cool..." he tilted his head, looking at the tree.

"Are you saying you had no idea that this was here?" Jabber asked, turning to face him.

"Huh? I know this place like I know the back of my claw. If you didn't do it, I don't know..." Cheshire shrugged.

Jabber thought she saw a white ghostly jabberwocky tail slither around the tree. "I-I think it was father..." She whimpered.

"Huh?" Cheshire Cat asked, looking at the tree. "What do you mean your dad? Did you see him?" Cheshire asked frantically.

"He was there, and then he wasn't..." Jabber looked back at the tree, a bead of sweat forming on her brow. "I don't know if its the forest pa=laying tricks on my eyes, or if he was really here..."

"Uh, I dunno, you haven't been here that long. But, if it is, the queen is willing to forgive you. It depends if you are willing to give up the killing things. That means I could let you outta here too." he suggested.

Jabber shook her head to try and get the thoughts of her father out of her mind. She grinned and turned to Cheshire, the evil thoughts returning. "Maybe...maybe I will give up killing things..." She lied.

Cheshire Cat stared at the Jabber. "Do you mean it...?" Cheshire asked. "If you don't i'll drop you right back here, it would be as simple as poking you." Cheshire threatened, floating above Jabber.
