This is Kazuki Oda (雷照明神, God's Will)and is a jōnin shinobi and part of the ANBU corp of Konohagakure. He belongs to the Oda clan, a famous and elite clan known for their outstanding skills and many prodigies. And, as far as that eye goes, it is not a Sharingan, but in fact, a Kaminogen (神の次元, God Dimension Eye), an eye unique to himself. This orange colored eye warps dimensions and moves anything to a different plane or dimension. Its a complicated ocular jutsu only known to him in his clan.

This is Kazuki in his younger years and his eye is going to the Kaminogen Eye form. This is before he graduated from the academy and before he got his handband or wore a ninja mask [ that was due to joining the ANBU]. He was always the top of his class and maintained a calm expression.

I know his character is still a little bit shady and I haven't really developed it yet. Well, this was one of my favorite pieces to make of him!

I ordered try-out art from someone, and offered one of my characters in return. This was on January 20th. I told them they had plenty of time to finish the two drawings(the end date was march 1st)
It has passed the date, and I'm wondering if it would be bad if I told them the deal was off since they didn't fulfill their half of the agreement?
Any advice?

I think it would be fair to politely tell them and explain to them that the deal was off, as they have not fulfilled their end of the bargin

Of course, not, TheGodessofMischief! I would message them right away before they progress (or don't progress) any further and let them know that the deadline you agreed upon has passed. Many artists don't do try out art for that reason, and if the artist agreed to it then it is up to them to meet the deadline. That's how it works in the real world for aritsts, too.

Also guys, I've become an artist for the adorable Goop Monsters species, by Flawed (and I believe originally 'paradox) and my first one is a Japanese green tea inspired design. She or he has a very simple contest. Please check him or her out and help out a species that is getting revamped ^^

@Everyone Your characters and art are all lovely; I haven't been up for posting today because of being all over the place;and I would now; but I'm not in the best of moods~

I'm on the verge of a mental crash;(Please don't ask; a lot of things piling up on each other then one thing tipping the scales and making them topple down;Having mental disorders stinks sometimes.);
