The same rules apply from the main adopts, although you can't get brothers and sisters to breed together. You are also not allowed to get the same two to breed again, it takes a month for them to grow up to the teen stage and after that it will take a month for them to grow to an adult. You are not allowed to edit the main lines majorly without permission from the artist who made them. You need to ask on the whole for line edits and it should be rare that you are allowed to edit them. There can only be things like objects added unless one of the parents have one.
