Those are automatic messages they send for certain topics, they never really respond in my opinion. They could do better to stop hacking but they seem to not try. If they aren't going to give the person their full membership's worth of an account without losing or being hacked then it's not going to have a good business.

I am reading the chat box and the owner said they removed the hacking because he saw this thread but I think they are right...scamming pixels isn't illegal or half of aj would be in jail... this is horrible DX
