Parrapups, or Parras, are an omnivorous, aviary quadrupedal species that originated from tropical areas, but after moving in different areas, they slowly gained more levels of fur and new beaks. They spend a lot of time cleaning themselves, preening their feathers if they have wings. Parras come with a variety of tails and beaks! Having a large gene pool Parras also have the chance to show some mutations. They come in a large variety of colors including bright neons and dull greys. Parras are a very social species and love to whistle, sing, and chatter to others, Parra or not!

Username; {HellBabe} I am the one and Only HellBabe. I am a nonowner and love these guys. I've tried out for one other a while ago but it seems it was forgot and I didn't do two much editing.
Name; {Chinsi Nemer} Though I loved the name Vivian I truly think that a name change is in order so I believe the name Chinsi fits her better as you see Chinsi means 'Tomboy' in a African Tribal Dialect. Chinsi is a beautiful name in its self, the meaning just adding to the Character I have planned for her. Nemer is another African Tribal Dialect, meaning Tiger. So Chinsi Nemer is my Tomboy Tiger, if I win her of course.
Gender; {Female} I chose to make this baby a Female cause I think she seems to fit more into a Feminine appearance and the way I see this Parrapup developing as character.
How/Why is his/her tail so short?: {A brief History} The reason Chinsi has a short tail. Well you really wanna know? Chinsi was born and raised into a human environment and brought up as a 'pet'. the Humans, to prove their 'dominance' over Chinsi, docked her tail to make her more like an average pet canine. Chinsi didnt mind to behonest, though she loved playing with her tail, it also got in the way so its ok with her. Even now she is back with others, she doesnt mind, though some say she looks off, looking like a Leapard with a tiny tail. They laugh and she just laughs back at them.

I sould name her Zira. Think of it as pronounced like zero just with an "uh" sound instead of the o and spelled with an I. I know its wierd but its also unique and I like the sound of it.

Why the short tail?
When Zira was born she had a normal length tail. When she was still pretty little she was messing around and had an accident and it got cut. She thought that maybe it would grow back like a lizard's or snake's so she kept it wrapped up to stop the bleeding for a while but then left it open so it could grow. Eventually the fur grew back over it but it never grew longer again. She has grown to live with it but was disappointed when she was little and found out that it wouldn't grow back at all.

How/Why is his/her tail so short? Tiger/Leopard was traveling in the forest where she was born when she came across a human man. He saw her, but he was clever, and so he pretended that he wasn't going to hurt her and slowly led her towards one of the traps he had set up for a large animal. Tiger/Leopard realized the danger at the last moment, but her tail had already been caught in the trap. The human hunter had taken out his knife and was trying to restrain her, but she, reluctantly, moved so that his knife cut the part of her tail that was in the trap. Over the years, fur grew over Tiger/Leopard's tail, to make it what it is today.

How/Why is his/her tail so short?
Oh, that? My tail...wow. It's been a while since I've thought about this baby. Well, when I was about 2 or 3, I met this guy...oh, he was such a sweetie. (And by guy, I do mean human, you know. Most aren't all bad, but I do know all lie eventually.) Anyway, this guy found me one day, and approached me. I was a tad bit skittish at first, but I could tell he meant no harm to me. We became close, and he brought me food and played with me a lot. We were really close- like REALLY close. But then one day, while I was waiting for the guy, another one approached. The Man, is what I call him. At first, I though he was one of my guy's friends, and I approached him with kindness. But then, he lunged forward, and I sensed the venom on his breath and I tried to get away, but he cut my tail off. I was scared, and about to die, but then my guy came and attacked The Man, and sent him away. I continued to return for the guy, but he never returned. The only thing I have to remember him by is my tail- or, my lack of it, I should say.

Why is his tail so short?
I hate the city, yes, I don't mind people and singing to them, but I hate the city. The smog and smells and noise, how does anybody live there! I prefer the fresh air of the forest and the trees full of singing birds and Parras. I do have another reason for hating the city though. One time, when I went adventuring there, curious as to what is was like, I was caught in a net and taken to a strange building. Creatures of all kinds were in cages and many looked sad. I was also thrown into a cage, but turns out my tail served as a problem. It kept getting caught in the cage door as they closed it. So they took it, cut it off. I hated them for doing so, how could they take my tail? I escaped not long after and ran back into the forest. My missing tail is a warning for me, not to get too comfortable in the city. I wish I hadn't lost my tail, my beautiful tail...

One day, Faerin saw a fox, 10 plump trout layed atop his chestnut back. It was the middle of winter, so it was astonishing to her. "How do you get so much trout?" she said one day as fox went home with yet another successful catch. "Simple, and I will tell you". Now, this fox was certainly sly, and Faerin had just fallen into his trap. "First, make a hole in the ice near in the Snicker river. Then, stick your tail in that hole and the fish are sure to catch onto your tail." that said, he galloped away with his fish. Faerin nodded, and scurried off to try the new technique. After a few minutes of waiting, her long tail was rigid, it was getting cold. Then she couldn't feel his tail. With a worried expression, she pulled her tail up- to her surprise it had fallen off from the cold! Faerin immediately set out to go find Fox. "Fox!" she growled angrily, "You have tricked me! and now I will kill you!". "Wait, wait!!" fox said. "I will let you have all my fish, if you leave me alone." he said. 'Very well", she said, lowering her guard.
And so, Faerin went home with a very full stomach, now she could go into a peaceful deep sleep. Though her tail, was not very lucky.
