The doctor made Keylee and Dimka leave the room. He then started prepping Bella for surgery.

Bella looked at Jesse as she cried. She was still mourning, but was also very nervous.

Jesse took her hand.

The doctor started her surgery. After about ten minutes he frowned as he called for assistance. He wasn't expecting he would need nurses helping him because they'd all thought Lissa hadn't made it, but as soon as he called for help soft, almost nonexistent cries were heard.

Bella looked at Jesse. "Oh my god, is that her?" She asked crying. "She's okay." She said.

A few nurses ran in to help work on Lissa.

Jesse looked towards Lissa. "I think so," he said.

Bella cried happily. "She's okay." She said looking up at Jesse.

Lissa cried as the nurse cleaned her off and swaddled her in a soft pink blanket.

Jesse nodded, smiling.

As soon as Bella's incision was stitched back up the nurse carefully laid Lissa in her arms.

Bella looked down at Lissa. "You're okay." She cried happily.

Jesse watched them, smiling.

Bella smiled. "Say 'Hi daddy'." She said making Lissa wave at Jesse.

A nurse went out to get Keylee and Dimka. "Bella just got out of surgery and is going very well, you can go back and see her. Knock first."

Jesse waved back. "Hey baby girl," he said.

Dimka nodded and went to the door. He knocked.
