You can look for roleplays in the "Search for 1x1 thread" or the "Advertise your group roleplay thread", creating a topic to ask for roleplays would defeat the object of both those boards.

No, that belongs either in the thread where you are trying out or you can use a post draft to save it while you're working on it.

Yes, it is for roleplay character forms. I have dealt with that issue, by the way. Let us know of any instances of plagiarism and we will take care of them.
