Cherryface smiled at Ripplestar's attempt to comfort her. It probably was true, that the young warrior was stressed out. "Thank you, Ripplestar. That might be true. I just can't shake the feeling I caused it." Cherryface knew it wasn't much of a big deal. Aspenwing just got a little mad, but Cherryface knew, for whatever reason, she did something. She noticed Aspenwing glancing at her. She looked at him and gave a soft smile, hoping she could ease the awkward tension that rapidly formed between them.

Fallowsong smiled when Treepaw replied to him, completely serious and puzzled. "A medicine cat's duty is primarily to treat disease and injuries of their Clanmates. As far as an apprentice goes, I'll teach you the herbs and poultices as long so you make sure to watch me closely and avoid mischief. And, ah, your first lesson is to not take me too seriously all the time." Swiftly the dark gray tabby tom spread out the herbs by his paws, as if the entire situation had been carefully planned and practiced. "Your second lesson, Treepaw, is what can you tell me that's very similar about these two herbs?" To himself the answer was clear. Comfrey root and dock leaves have a very distinct, tangy smell. The root of the comfrey plant is chewed for broken bones and wrenched claws; dock for soothing after chewing.

Pinepaw
Pinepaw woke with a start, his pelt ragged and eyes blurry from sleep. He paused, ears flicking as he waited for his eyes to adjust to the soft sunlight. With a yawn the young tom dragged himself from his nest, and shook out his fur. Stepping outside the den, a fresh breeze crossed his pelt and he smiled. "Greenleaf at last!" He threw a curious glance towards the various groups of warriors gathered around the camp, until he caught sight of his mentor, Ripplestar. With a burst of excitement he headed towards his mentor and Cherryface, offering a sincere smile to both cats. Oblivious to the previous tension, he purred, "A beautiful day isn't it? I haven't seen weather this nice since I was a kit!"
OOC: Just in case you'd like to know for the allegiance list, I'd like Pinepaw's warrior name to be Pinefrost :3

I nod as he tells me to be a little more relaxed, I roll my shoulders and smile a little, but when he asked me a question I became serious again. I leaned forward and sniffed the herbs, both of them had a tang to their smell. I rememberd seeing fallowsong use the leave on a sprains claw before and pointed to it"that one is used for if a cat hurts their claw or ....sore pads" I pause and look at the root puzzled"and I don't know about that one" I say feeling like I should know what it was.
