Welcome to a World Full of Elves.
In this world you are viewed as either a powerful, shape-shifting Druid, a sleek, lanky Thief, a quick-witted, stealthy Ranger, or a protective, fierce Warrior. The four races of elves hold the key to each class, though they are seen outside the races. The short, slim Sun Elves are usually Druids, the quick, lanky Dawn Elves usually the Thefts, the tall, beast tracking Sky Elves compromise mostly of Rangers and the stocky, temperamental Dire Elves are usually Warriors. While the races don't exactly enjoy the other's company, they all share the same wood and sometimes mingle. Children sometimes make friends within the other races but it is usually frowned upon by silent parents.
But the four races live in tension, afraid that another will attack and ambush them. The Elves live in constant fear of each other and someday, their fear has to be relived. But when will that relief come?
Rules:
1. Tess' rules apply!
2. Try to remain as active as possible. But I understand that everyone won't be on EVERY single day. Just say something if you'll be gone for a week+.
3. Don't down talk someone else OOC. Everyone is welcome here and should be treated so.
4. Please wait to be approved before RPing. I'm usually on for 10-30 mins everyday so you shouldn't have to wait long to be approved.
5. These elves live to be around 5,000 years old. A teen would be around 1,500. Adult 3,000. Grandparent 4,500-5,000. (They don't have many years that they can be considered old. Luckies. Hehe.)
6. I'll probably be making a list of Elven "cuss-words" so if you think of anything that would sound elvenish just tell me and I'll consider it for the list.
7. Try to keep this semi-lit+ please.
About the Races
Sun Elves
- These elves are very short and slim.
Sun Elves have a strong connection with nature.
The Sun Elves consider themselves more like healers rather then "fighters".
- Lanky, silent, sneaky body types.
Dawn Elves are the darkest skinned of all the elves.
Most seem to have an odd lust for blood.
- The second most in tune with nature.
They are the tallest race of Elves.
They tend to be solitary where as the others travel together in small groups.
- Stockiest of the Elves.
Also, they usually all have short tempers.
About the Classes
Druids
- The Druids are the Shape-shifters.
They have four forms they can choose from; wolf, cat, hawk, serpent.
The Druids are very "religious".
- Thieves are usually lanky elves that can easily step on leaves without making a sound.
They have a good handle on weapons of any sort.
They can also handle poisons and toxins like a pro.
- The Rangers have an odd connection with beasts, and can tame a single one to keep as a life long companion.
The Rangers fight as distance, with bows and are rarely caught in close combat.
- Warriors are the most straightforward, abrupt class.
They carry heavy clothing to protect them and are considered the masters of close combat.
