Day 1 Destination: Japan

Today I found an old woman on the side of the road. She had many wonderful plants and many exotic dishes. She looked a bit sad though. I went up to her and asked her what the matter was.

"I cant sell any of my trees. They must all go but nobody wants one!"

I took some money from my bag and handed it to her. I figured that she could use the money. She took the money gratefully and turned away then she smiled and in return gave me a fine plant. She told me that while this plant may be a little small, it had great value. The pot it was in had three sections. One for each tree. She told me to share my plant with two of my friends. I know that I will keep one and give the other two straight to you Jack. What a nice lady!

Day 2 Destination: Spain

Today we flew to Spain.

The first place I went is to a market. I was so hungry!
I trotted over to a small shop where a dog and two pups were stationed.
The dog looked quite tired. Her pups seemed to have tired her out.
I asked her if she was okay and she replied with

"Yes thank you. As soon as I sell my last pizza, I am going home and taking my children to their father."

So I licked my lips and took a pizza. I payed for it and then the woman gave me the recipe. She said that since I was her last customer, she would show me how to make my own pizza.
Then she trotted gratefully out the door with her pups running closely behind.
I know how much you will like the recipe Jack!

Day 3 Destination: Ireland

Today we set foot in Ireland.

I was so excited to find you a souvenir that I couldn't feel my paws touching the ground. I didn't notice the senery around me changing because I was focused on what to get. Soon I was in a strange field. There was nothing growing in it! I walked over to a sad looking puppy with a collar much to big for him. He sniffled as I asked him what was wrong

"I cant seem to get my crops to grow this year. My family will starve if I cant grow crops to sell!"

I looked around and saw the problem. The sprinkler was broken. Its pipes were not connected. I told him what I had seen and he jumped up with a bark

"My uncle can fix this! Thank you so much. I would never have seen that with my bad eyesight."

He handed me the 'lucky' collar and told me that it brought him no luck. It dangled loosely around my neck. (I think it will fit you nicely) and trotted back to the others. Always happy to help!

Day 4 Destination: Brazil

Brazil, yeah baby!

I love Brazil. From the vibrant wildlife to the statue of Jesus to the crazy carnival, Brazil is awesome!
Anyways... I cant believe how lucky I was! I got a piece of a costume from one of the dancers. She said I could keep it because I helped her find her bangle. The costume didnt fit her anyways. Its the perfect size for a PPS! Love

Day 5 Destination: Europe

Today I found some money lying on the floor. It was not the same as the change back home. I discovered that this is the currency used locally. I love how the money sparkles in the sunlight and is much lighter to carry. It is called a Euro. They use this sign € instead of the $ and R I am used to. I love this currency a lot better than rands. I hope you will too

Day 6 Destination: Australia

Australia was our next destination.

I went to search for a little souvenir but I was blinded by a strange light!
Millions of fireflies just appeared out of nowhere. I thought I was engulfed in flames.
At the end of it all, one firefly followed me around. I guess I will give him to you!

Day 7 Destination: Mexico

In Mexico, we felt the burning heat.
It was too hot for me to stay outside so I went into a party store.
They had all kinds of cool party decorations and costumes.
I chose a funny looking piñata that looks like my friends Swagger Muffin (he is a donkey PPS)

Day 8 Destination:India

Today we arrived in India.
I knew what you might want one of the beautiful tapestries and carpets that they make there.
I was able to get this not so fancy one for a good price. They say it suits your fur color. I dont think they know how you look but oh well.

Day 9 Destination: Canada

Ello Jack!

Today I bought you some maple syrup in a fancy bottle. I hope you like it!
I got it from a man who owned a huge store. He said that his was the sweetest maple syrup for the best price. I didn't buy it at first but since he had so many customers, I guessed this must be true. He advised me to eat the syrup with flapjacks, waffles or pancakes since it was too sweet to be eaten alone. So remember that when you try some (;

Day 10 Destination: Hawaii

Today we stopped in Hawaii.

I miss home. At least we had good weather.
I got you a nice beach ball from a souvenir store. All the clothing was to big so I got the next best thing.
The woman at the counter said that the ball was great because it was strong and wouldn't pop easily.
Can't wait to see you again Jack

Day 11 Destination: Egypt

Egypt? Yay!

I was so excited to venture around the dunes and pyramids that I almost forgot why I was here.
I picked up some nice sand in a colored glass bottle. I hope you like it!

Day 12 Destination: Madagascar

Closer and closer to home <3

Today I got lost in the Madagascar jungle. I was so scared!
I was picking these awesome roses for you when I ventured to far off the path.
I was soon in the middle of a giant troop of Ring Tailed Lemurs.
They chattered loudly and waved their tails in my face.
I started to tear up at the thought of being lost. They stopped their chatter and looked at me with sympathy and then the dominant female (yes, they are dominated by females)
Showed me the way back. All the lemurs helped me carry the flowers I have picked.
They were all so nice. I know I have friends back there if I ever get lost again

Day 13 Destination: China

Today we went to China. I loved the landmarks we saw. I loved walking around the busy streets and taking in the strange new sights. I found a dragon mask in a stall on the street. I thought it would be a cool souvenir since there are those amazing dragon costumes that the people sometimes dress up in. I just love them!

Before I meet you again, I need to go to one last place. That place is Disney world in Florida! I was so excited to go on all the rides and get hyper. I was unfortunately to short to ride some of them but I got a huge doughnut. It was the size of my head! I bought you one as well (;

"Hi! I'm Razberry, it's no nice to find that you'll be joining us on our expedition around the world! My owner, Tangle loves to travel and so do I! So, I'm really excited about this trip! I hope you'll have fun with us! Now. Onto our first lovley country, Japan!"

"When we got to Japan, I couldn't help but to charge into one of those cute stores with all those Anime characters plastered all over the windows. When I went in, I almost passed out! It was so cool inside! Magazines, and posters everywhere. And, most importantly, plushies!! I am a huge sucker for those squishy little things!
I walked around for a little bit and the clerk asked if I wanted help finding anything. I replied telling him nothing in particular, just something cute. So, he walked me over to a shelf with a bumch of cute plushie food items on it. there were Rice Balls, Calamari (It was a full octopus with those adorable anime eyes, so cute!), Ramen and things like that. But, what caught my eye was the Puddi! I absolutley love Puddi, so Tangle bought it for me! Isn't it the cutest thing!"

Can't wait 'till tomorrow!

"Oh, wow! We went to Spain today! and it was simply AMAY-ZING! I've actually always wanted to go to Spain, and I finally did!! So, while in Spain, I decided I'd take a little dip in the Mediterranean, and I found this cool looking fish! He didn't really look like he belonged there, but, he probably does. I don't live in Spain so I'm not an expert on their fish, hehe.
Anyhoo, I got this little fishy and I put him in a nice little fishbowl. I named him Penguin. I thought it would be a cute name for a fish from a place as nice as Spain c:

From my experience in the last two days, I can tell that tomorrow will be a blast!

Oh wow! We went to Ireland today! It is so totally beautiful there! We were walking around the downtown area of Dublin, and I saw this beautiful antique jewelry shope!
I begged Tangle to take me in and reluctantly, she agreed!
So, we went inside and I scampered around for a little while inside of the shope, and I saw so many different things! Little knick knacks like Garden Gnomes, a bunch of gold things that I think were different types of crowns, and then I saw it, a beautiful Blue Bangle! It was so pretty, so I ran over to get Tangle and hopped up-and-down like I was a puppy again.
Finally, she agreed to buy it for me, but when we left the shope, it was too big for my wrist, so I just put it on mye ar, and, Voila! A perfect fit!
I really loved our trip to Ireland, and I can't wait to reach our destination for tomorrow! I wonder if I'll make another new friend like I did in Spain

I want to join the contest, but I have nothing to fit Day One. Would I be allowed to start on Day Two?

Hi there Cute Ninja!
It is preferred that you start on Day One, but it's ok to start on Day Two as well. Actually, you have until Sunday, March 2nd. to enter the contest. (See rules for further details). Just make sure that you have every day and every destination covered. As stated in the rules, you do not have to have an item on your pet that would be associated with a particular destination in real life ~ you're more than welcome to make something up (as I did in the example in the contest post). I do this so that everyone has a chance to join in on the contests. I know some members have been around for a while and have many items, while others are limited. You could put a rug item on your pet and say "I went to an antique shop today and bought this rug that was made by a young Japanese boy". Again, I realize that a lot of members are limited on items & your item does not have to actually be (in real life) associated with the destination. This is where your creativity would come in ~ just make up a story. Also, I cannot see your image in your entry post, Cute Ninja!

As far as other questions, I have everything you need to know posted in the contest post. If you're unsure, please go back and read the post. You are still always welcome to pm me as well

Also, I will not answer if you have been disqualified during the contest. Once the contest is over, if you would like to know, pm me & I'll let you know & let you know why. (Not saying that anyone has or has not been disqualified).

Day 1 Destination: Japan.

The room was empty of her few items and she slightly smirked - but frowned again when glancing at a picture of her friends. "Why are we going all around the world? I get home sick - but I guess it'll be fun!" she barked to herself, glancing sideways in hopes of seeing her invisible friend, Leo. Her tail fell when she realized he must have stayed with her other friends too.
Sitting down on her bed, she pulled out a piece of paper and gripped the pen between her teeth. 'Must write those letters telling Jack about the trip.'

"Hi Jack! Day 1!

Today we went to Japan! It's an amazing place I've always wanted to go to. It has Anime, something I've never seen before. I have to say, I couldn't wait to come here best of all! Because a band (Area 11) I really love does songs based on Animes - and now that I'm here watching some of them, they're pre-tty amazing!"

Glancing upwards, the puppy put her paw out and drummed it on the TV remote, smiling a doggy smile when an Anime came on. She went on with her letter, grabbing a small soft toy from behind her.

"Today, when we went to a shop, I found this rather cute blushing soft toy - it's a puppy with bows - the shopkeeper said I'd have to find her 'prince' in another land, I'll keep a look out so I can get them for you, they're pre-tty cute.
Anyway, I hope you can read my writing, it isn't very good, but I guess it's alright!"

Eleven looked up, ears pricked as another dog poked their hea around the door, telling her they'd likely be leaving shortly.
"Okay," she replied with a wag of her tail, turning back to her letter.

"We're off somewhere else now - hopefully a really cool place! I'll write to you again when I find something.

Byeeeeeeeeeee!

The pup grinned and rolled the letter up, pushing the soft toy back in her bag. "Wonder where we're going next?"

Day 1 Destination: japan. snowy and I went to a sticker shop and found a kawaii (cute) sticker sheet. It had a white july,moonswirl,sunjewel,BE galaxy,raccoon tail and dogtag sticker. One of Snowy's favorite dogs was the sunjewel,so I peeled it of and gave it to snowy. snowy really happy and she couldn't wait to return home and stick it in her sticker album
Day 2 Destination: Spain. We found this surfboard at a surfing shop. We went to the beach to try it out. Snowy fell 2 times but it was safe to use. The shop owner said "lo de la tabla de surf con patrones de navidad"(sorry about the surfboard having Christmas patterns)
Day 3 Destination: Ireland. Snowy and I were back at home(yes I live in Ireland)we first went to greet my family and snowy's.we went to cork city and when we came home I found a leprechaun in front of my bedroom door. He gave snowy a gold coin necklace. Now snowy is the luckiest owl in the world
Day 4 Destination:Brazil.snowy and I saw a carnival.snowy flew and danced in the parade.one of the dancers gave snowy tail beads because she liked her dance.
Day 5 Destination:europe.we went to see lots of paintings in europe.we saw the famous mona lisa.Snowy asked one of the receptionist to give her a canvas.snowy already bought her paint palet.she started to paint the mona lisa.after she was done she showed it to me.i said "it is amazing"
Day 6 Destination:Australia.snowy and I went to a supermarket and found some tim tams.i hope jack will like them
Day 7 Destination:mexico. we went to a party and a marichi band was playing the music. Snowy was dancing the same dance that she did in brazil. One of the marichi band players gave Snowy a party hat to make the dance more amusing (i guess...?). Snowy danced like she would never stop.
Day 8 Destination:india.snowy and I went to a jewerly shop in Raipur. There was a lady at the counter. The lady was so nice because she gave snowy a free gold braclet with saphire studs. Snowy flew up and down so excitedly.
Day 9 Destination:canada.We went to the swedish fish factory and saw how it was made. A man gave was working hats and told us to make our own swedish fish. Snowy and I made whole bunches of swedish fish. Well... I was making swedish foxes and snowy made swedish worms. The man gave us a bag of our swedish foxes and swedish worms. We said goodbye to the man and we left the swedish fish factory
Day 10 Destination:Hawaii.Snowy and I went to a lei making shop in Hawaii.I told Snowy that she could make her own lei.I didn't want to because I already have a lei back at home.Snowy found some cherry blossoms at a park near the shop.Snowy and the store owner made a beautiful lei. Snowy putted the lei on jack's new surf board that snowy and I got back at Spain.
Day 11 Destination:egypt. Snowy and I went to a museum exibit. It showed cleopatras jewerly.After the exibit we went to the gift shop. Snowy found a beautiful saphire braclet. The shop owner said it once was owned by celopatra herself. We bought it and I putted it on Snowy. Snowy was so happy that she did the same dance. We said good bye and left
Day 12 Destination: madagascar. We went to a zoo in madagascar and saw the REAL penguins of madagascar. We boght a penguin plushie at a shop. Just a simple day.
Day 13 Destination: china. Another simple day or so we thought a man was selling penjing on a street. The man was homeless so he begged us to buy of of his penjing. We did. We gave him most of our money and then he left with only some of our money on the ground. the penjing disappeared and then re appeared. it was strange but oh well.
Day 14 Destination: Greenland. We found a crystal ball frozen. We picked it up and it was so cold that we needed super warm gloves. It was so pretty that we decided to keep it. We packed it into the bag and went off.
