It's very nearly fair, but it think a 2012-2013 rare or 2 2009-2010 uncommons could be added to the store pet side.

I would say fair because your pet is a Christmas pet but their pet is quite a few months earlier, so I would say that makes it fair :)

Don't give out advice if you don't know what you're talking about. The leopard is almost a year older, therefore it is worth more.

I think swapping the rares would be fine without the other pets on their side
The dog is from August 2009, it is not a list pet and neither is the cat. All list pets are VR or higher

They are overpaying with the bunny, the two dogs is fair. They should take the rabbit off.
The grinner is only worth two mid advents, which is what both dogs are.
