I creeped from behind a bush, oddly protective of the stallion. My blue eyes stuck out like pools of water and my golden ears were pricked at the two horses. I nodded in anticipation seeing how they would get along, debating if they would.

"Oh, well." She softly snorted, "Well, i think you have a new friend. If you don't mind me asking... What has happened to you?" She chose her words as careful as she could, and hoped his personal life wasn't too serious.

"..well I was left here by the lake by my owner, I remember he couldn't keep his horses or his ranch but didn't want to sell me so he let me go into the wild" he blinked his full attention now on the new mate once he had calmed down about the whole situation.

I walked out from behind the bush seeing everything was okay now. I was in his line of sight now as a reassurance. UI lowered my head to graze blowing a a lady bug. In turn it hopped onto my nose and I raised my head slowly my eyes trained on the little red bug.
