Zeph nodded slowly. "Cougar, huh? I've heard of him..." He muttered, taking a sip of his drink.

Bryce nodded. "Thinks he can say what he wants when he wants. I'll have him straightened out in no time."

*Tii*

Tii looked up as thunder rumbled and the first drops of rain began to fall.

He shook his head. "Cougar's not the crazy one, the Everteen was, you should've seen him, wouldn't quit talking, had this ridiculous getup of leather and gold metal and his favorite thing was a cane and his top hat." He chuckled. "I was glad to be rid of him."


Garett

He nodded. "Can't wait." He smirked and got up, walking into the kitchen and looking out the window. "It's raining, good."

His gaze fell on Wisp again and his mind went back to when he was with the more brutal trainers in Korion.

Zeph

He nodded. "Where'd you get him?"

"It's been weeks since the last rain." He said, joining him at the window.

*Tii*

Tii reached out her hands to catch some rain water. Lighting flashed and thunder roared as the storm grew stronger.

Wisp jerked and sat up when the lightning flashed, eyes wide with terror.

Skeleton

He gestured around them. "Local market, who knows how many trainers he had before."

Garett

He nodded agreement and smirked when he saw Wisp jump.

He sighed in annoyance as ran began to fall on him and began soaking his clothes. He scooted in towards the middle where it was driest.

"I got this one from the local market as well, she turned out pretty good." He motioned to the girl who had come up and was refilling their drinks.

Bryce glanced at Tii. "She's gonna need new clothes sooner or later..." He muttered.

*Tii*

Tii drank what she could and washed dirt and dried blood off her arms.

Wisp huddled in the middle of his cage, trying not to cry. Thunderstorms had always terrified him, especially when he was outside.

He nodded and watched her for a moment before turning back to them.

Garett

He kept watching Wisp. "Yeah, but it looks like I've found a fear."

He looked at Wisp and said something about calming down, forgetting the muzzle for a moment then in annoyance he pulled on it.

Zeph looked up as two servants walked in carrying their food.

Bryce glanced over at Wisp and chuckled. "Seems you have..."

Tii glanced over at Hatter. "It's not coming off. Trust me, I've tried..." She said bitterly.

Wisp yelped as thunder cracked directly overhead.

He glanced down at Death and handed him a biscuit.

Garett

He stepped back from the window and got himself some food.

He yelled something at her over the storm and kept trying, then got an idea and used a piece of metal he had and twisted it into a lock shape, trying to pick the lock on the muzzle.

Zeph watched Death.

"Thank you master." Death said, then grit his teeth. He hated saying that.

Bryce narrowed his eyes at Hatter. "What's he up to..." He muttered, and went outside.

Tii glared at Bryce as he approached.

Wisp lay in his cage, curled up, shaking.

He nodded, knowing how much every pet hated that one sentence.

He crossed his arms and watched in amusement.
