Leah thought over the terms this person used, like 'Highbloods' and 'Lowbloods'. Hmm. They seemed a bit self-explanatory. Wrigglers were children, right..? And a Lusus.. That one she wasn't too sure of, but she had a feeling that learning it wouldn't be too much of an issue.

In the meantime, you sewed the tears in your cape sloppily, snapping the blue thread with her sharp teeth. You decided to inform Slaeth that you were running the client while your piece-of-junk husktop tried to get a connection.

Leah frowned. Darn. Well, she hoped that her internet wouldn't cause a problem. It seemed to have been cooperating so far, so, she guessed she wouldn't have to worry about it too too much.

CD: I'll check out the manual real quick! ^^
CD: Maybe I'll talk to cleverWolf, too, if you do end up pairing me with them.

She had started downloading the manual that Nahvra sent to her awhile ago- and it seemed to be just about done. Nice. She smiled- her mood having improved a bit from minutes ago. This'll be fun! She'll play a game with new friends, and hey, maybe she could find a mobile version if it has to come to that. And if not, she could see if she can't get Sis to look into a better internet provider, since she'd be using it more.

Luaani smiled, clicking back to the tab with the manual and opening a word processor, setting the first color to royal fuchsia. She read it paragraph by paragraph, summarizing the excess of information as well as she could in a few sentences before moving to the next. She repeated this for quite a while, until she'd absorbed so much information it gave her a headache, and checked on her progress. An hour and a half of reading and summarizing and she wasn't even halfway through yet, though she was getting there. Twelve paragraphs of summary, four shades of purple, two different greens, three pinks, one red, one blue, and one orange. Sigh. This was a lot of work, but it was nothing she couldn't handle. She just needed a break...

is there anyone open that she could meet up with "accidentally"? i'm planning to have her go and wander around for a bit

You decide to message magic girl- you mean rixtie- to see what she's up to, and maybe get the game rolling. She was your server player, you think. As usual, that was just another thing you had forgotten. No, wait, you had it written down somewhere! You sift through the piles of scraps of paper with old reminders written on trying to find the important one. Aha, you remember this one! Remember to empty out the bins under th- oh. That's where that fishy smell was coming from. You can deal with that later. You rummage a little more and there it is- your draft of the server chain. Yep, just like you thought, rixtie was indeed your server. You open up your chat log and start typing.

Leah smiled- chuckling at Nahvra's puns. She hoped that she'd be good friends with everyone in this game! But, she didn't spend too much time pondering over it- she had another player to contact! And so, she typed away- aiming to contact them.

She re-read what she had sent them- before facepalming. In her own opinion- that sounded so awkward! This was why she usually didn't like being the one to start conversations.

You jump when the message notification rings out. Blinking your eyes, you take a sigh and spin in your chair. You began quickly massaging your burnt hands before typing.

MP: Oh hey.
MP: I'll run that server right now.
MP: It may take a while for me to do everything, my hands are burned < :C
MP: I'll try and take out your bins I guess?
MP: I'm kinda lazy with my own chores and as I said before, burnt hands don't help < :u

You notice you've forgotten your quirk, but shrug it off. You weren't going to put your hands in pain just too add a little lightning-shaped s to your messages. You open the server and run it, sitting back and admiring the giant lag spike that thundered it's way past your husktop screen.

Luaani wandered around for a few minutes, too tired to bother with starting a spiral. She laid down about 100 meters away from her hive, grass and loose dirt acting as a great pillow, and it certainly didn't hurt that it smelled like nature and all the things she loved most. However, it wasn't long before she began to get restless. She sighed and got up slowly, her headache somewhat subsided but coming back in full force. She supposed she'd have to get through it on her own, but she needed to get back and finish reading that manual, then finally get herself into this game.

It took much less time than she'd expected to get back, and once she had completely finished reading and taking notes, she flopped over on top of her husktop, too tired and mind-hurty to care about its safety. Ten minutes and a random fortuitously placed water bottle later, she was feeling a little less crappy and maybe somewhat up to talking to someone again. She quickly sent the file of notes to Nahvra

She honestly couldn't think of anything more to say. She was usually so wordy and hyper, but reading that much just took the life out of her. Figuratively, of course. She wasn't planning on dying for real anytime soon.

You sigh, frustrated. You hope her hands won't affect the game in any way. It would be pretty inconvenient for you to have to deal with that. It's probably quite inconvenient for her as well, come to think about it. You really need to work on thinking about other people's problems more. You look through your messages, seeing that luuani had replied to you as well. Perfect, she'd finished your notes just in time. This girl was good.
