This event is a chance game, kind of like bobbing for apples! There will only be a certain amount of people, if any, that may win a CL. Some may be lucky and get one, but then none may get one, it depends on the number that the person gets, like a 1-5 chance. If someone gets a 5, then they win, if they don't, then the do not get a CL, since it is chosen with a random number generator, so it's quite simple.
The rules of this event will be;
You may only own 3 of these CLs, if you try for more, your form will be ignored.
Be nice, don't whine if you don't get one, be a good sport.
