Rules
1. You MUST fill out the forms properly. Failure to do so will mean not being able to have a custom made OR make a custom yourself.
2. You must have permission (A.K.A , usually an event item or prize) in order to get a custom.
3. You must have an open slot to have a custom made. Don't have one? Check out the store!
4. You may not repeatedly change your for. Once you post it, unless its declined for a reason, you may not change it.
5. No neon or bright colors.
6. You currently do not need to use hair items in order to add hair to your custom. You also do not need a PPS item to make your sima PPS.
7. You may not change your design once its finished. If you have an artist do it for you, you only have the 24 hours to make minor adjustments. After that, its permanent.
8. If you make your sima an adult, you may not change the age later.
9. Yes you may design your own custom - but it is preferred you have a full artist do it for you
10. Line edits , including hair, may only be done by official artists.
11. You may not make rare or VR simas - only if you have an item for it.
12. No tail guard edits or Custom jewels.
13. One line edit per sima - this does not include hair or accessories.
14. No custom horns.
