CASPIAN JAY MILLS

✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯✯
He watched Victoria, knowing her moment of hesitation was meant for him to take it back. To say Arabella wasn't justified but instead he just drew his lips in a thin line and kept silent. He really didn't know what to do. This is why females were so much drama. A guy would throw a punch or two at the other guy and bam! They'd be best buds afterwards. But women of course made everything more complicated. He sighed, running a hand through his slicked back blonde hair, eyes searching around the roof. This was supposed to be fun and a break from the drama of high school, not more drama.
He walked slowly over to where Victoria was but didn't say anything at first. After a second he finally spoke up. "I'll be honest with you. I don't get the whole girl fight crap. It's pointless to me and something I will probably never understand. But you're my friend and so is Arabella so I don't know what you expect me to do." he paused squeezing his lips into a thin line once more. "But you've been my best friend since like forever pip squeak so how about I make it up to you and we go to the mall this afternoon and look at prom dresses. You can try on the ugliest ones we can find and then laugh at them." he offered with a smile.

victoria heard nothing from him and she began to make her way down the couple of stairs. she heard footsteps and she turned back to him, holding her books much like a child. 'i'll be honest with you. i don't get the whole girl fight crap. it's pointless to me and something i will probably never understand. but you're my friend and so is arabella so i don't know what you expect me to do.' victoria muttered something about cliques being stupid under her breath. 'but you've been me best friend since, like, forever pip squeak so how about i make it up to you and we go to the mall this afternoon and look at prom dresses. you can try on the ugliest ones we can find and then laugh at them.' victoria smiled.
"sounds like a deal." she spoke with a small giggle. "and girl fighting is quite pointless, so don't try to understand it." she spoke, shrugging. girl fighting was usually due to a man, or a difference in ideals. obviously, this wasn't over caspian, but a difference on the 'hierarchy' of the school. she watches caspian then returns to going inside the school. 'i have to put this stuff in my locker. while we're at the mall, remind me to pick up a new bag." she said. "come on, we can cut the rest of our classes. you won't get in trouble." she spoke, walking back into the school. her locker resided not too far from the roof door, due to the hallway being usedf or a couple of health classes and being one of the larger hallways. she opened her locker, tossing her books into the locker unceremoniously.

WILLIE
❝a mess of a girl❞███tagged; mark, beatrice (indirect)██████████████████████ Willie's day hadn't started off great. She couldn't sleep all night, which wasn't particularly surprising, but it made for a rough morning. Dark circles had always been under her eyes, but today they were even more apparent. As soon as she looked in the mirror, she got annoyed by her appearance. She knew it wasn't going to be a good day from that moment. Her classes were fine, boring as usual, and she didn't make much of a ruckus at lunch. In fact, she was almost always the last one to be in the cafeteria, due to poor timing and a tendency to be late to everything. She didn't manage to talk to anyone she usually talked to, like Lily or Marceline. Willie's normal interactions were nothing to be jealous of, since she never let anyone close to her. It had become a habit for her, to block people out before they could find her weaknesses. She normally just hid behind her sarcastic remarks or her colored hair, instead of actually talking to someone. But since talking to someone about her life equals actually having people that talk to her, it was kind of pointless for her. Just like every other day, Willie ate while standing up, to the annoyance of her the teachers, since she didn't want to actually sit down and interact with fake people who talked about fake and superficial things. As soon as Fay announced the ball, Willie couldn't help but scoffing at the pettiness that was inevitable to happen. There would be the girls sobbing that they didn't have a date and couldn't go and the guys that were two timing oblivious girls. "What a pleasant picture." she thought sarcastically. Willie didn't have to think about it, she would not be going to that dance if her life depended on it. She wouldn't mind actually looking nice in a dress, but the drama that would happen would almost make her sick. As she finished her lunch, she walked over to the trash and overheard the conversation between Beatrice and Mark, although she didn't know their names. She smirked at Mark's comment about the popularity show. "Don't forget the inevitable break-up of an elite couple..." she mumbled to herself. By that comment, she meant there would be drama involving a couple, like that Fay girl and whatever boy toy she had under her grip this week. Also, with the girl.. Bell? Bella? Whoever she was dating, there was going to be a problem at the dance. It was almost predictable. Maybe going to the dance would pay for itself.. with the typical dramatic showing of highschool angst. Broadway material.
